هدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم بيئة تعلم إلكترونية وقياس فاعليتها في تنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني لدى طلاب كلية الشريعة بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي التصميم شبه التجريبي، وصُممت لذلك بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني. وتكونت عينة البحث من (60) طالب من طلاب كلية الشريعة، حيث تم اختيار مجموعتين، (تجريبية) بعدد ثلاثين طالباً، وأخرى (ضابطة) بعدد ثلاثين طالباً، وقد توصل البحث إلى النتيجة التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في مجمل مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. مما يدل على فاعلية بيئة التعلم الإلكترونية المقترحة في تنمية مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي الإلكتروني لدى طلاب كلية الشريعة بمقرر المناهج وطرق التدريس. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتيجة تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، واقتراح عدد من البحوث والدراسات. This study aims to design an e-learning environment and measure its effectiveness in developing social communication skills among students of the Faculty of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. To achieve the objectives of the research, the experimental method, quasi-experimental design, was used, and a social communication skill note card was designed for this. The research sample consisted of 60 students from the College of Sharia, where two groups were selected (experimental) with thirty students, and the other (control) with thirty students. The research reached the following result: There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the experimental groups. And the control group in the total social communication skills in favour of the experimental group, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed e-learning environment in developing social communication skills for students of the Faculty of Sharia in the curriculum and teaching methods course. In light of the research findings, a set of recommendations was reached and a number of research and studies were suggested. (Published abstract)
