هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة قائدات رياض الأطفال لمهارة الإتصال في بيئة العمل، والكشف عن التحديات التي تعيق تواصل قائدات رياض الأطفال، وتقديم المقترحات التي يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير طرق ممارسة قائدات رياض الاطفال لمهارة الإتصال في بيئة العمل من وجهة نظر المعلمات، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية في استجابات افراد العينة وفقاً لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي- سنوات الخدمة)؛ وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (407) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال (حكومي) بشمال مدينة الرياض، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (81) معلمة بنسبة (20%) من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وتم التوصل للعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن واقع ممارسة قائدات رياض الأطفال لمهارة الإتصال في بيئة العمل؛ جاءت بدرجة (عالية) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن التحديات التي تعيق قائدات رياض الأطفال عند تواصلهن في بيئة العمل جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة) من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة، وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقن بدرجة (عالية) على مقترحات تطوير طرق ممارسة قائدات رياض الأطفال لمهارة الإتصال في بيئة العمل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفرد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الاستبانة ككل وفقا لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي- عدد سنوات الخدمة. The current study aimed to investigate the reality of kindergarten leaders practicing communication skills in the work environment from the teachers' point of view, reveal the challenges that hinder kindergarten leaders when they communicate in the work environment from the teachers' point of view, make suggestions that can contribute to development of methods of kindergarten leaders practicing communication skills in the work environment from the teachers' point of view, and investigate the statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members according to variables of (qualification- years of service). The study population consisted of (407) female kindergarten teachers (governmental) north of Riyadh. The study sample included 81 female teachers, at a rate of (20%) Of the population. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as the study approach, and relied on the questionnaire as the study instrument. The study reached several results, the most important being: that "the reality of kindergarten leaders practicing communication skills in the work environment" came with a (high) degree from the sample's point of view; "the challenges that hinder kindergarten leaders when they communicate in the work environment" came with a (medium) degree from the sample's point of view; and there are no statistically significant differences, at (0.05) significance level, in the responses of the sample members according to variables of qualification- years of service.
