هدف هذا البحث إلى التوصل إلى وضع تصور مقترح لربط منظومة التعليم العالي الهندسي والتكنولوجي باحتياجات سوق العمل، وبما يتفق مع صورة الجامعات وخططها المستقبلية، وتشخيص واقع التعليم الجامعي الهندسي للتعرف على جوانب القصور فيه وكيفية التغلب عليها والتعرف على مدى ارتباط التعليم الجامعي الهندسي باحتياجات سوق العمل. وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1) تدني مستوى الكفاءة والفاعلية وانخفاض مستوى الخريج، تضخم مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي أدى إلى ركود في سوق العمل، وتفشي ظاهرة البطالة بين الخريجين، ضعف ربط مؤسسات التعليم الهندسي والتكنولوجي بمؤسسات العمل والإنتاج. 2) وفي سبيل التغلب على هذه المعوقات وأوجه القصور تم وضع تصور مقترح لإعادة هيكلة منظومة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء احتياجات سوق العمل. The objective of this research is to reach a conceived proposal to link the higher engineering education system to the needs of the labor market, and in line with the image of universities and future plans, and the diagnosis of the reality of university engineering education to identify deficiencies in it and how to overcome them and identify how the university engineering education link the needs of the labor market. In order to achieve these goals adopted find a descriptive analytical method. The research found the following results: 1) The low level of efficiency, effectiveness and low level of graduates, higher education institutions inflation led to stagnation in the labor market, and the spread of the phenomenon of unemployment among graduates, weak link engineering and technological education institutions work and production. 2) In order to overcome these obstacles and shortcomings been conceived proposal to restructure the higher education system in the light of the needs of the labor market.
