هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى إعداد مقياس لتقدير المعلم للخصائص السلوكية للمتفوقين، ومحاولة التحقق من صلاحيته في الكشف عن المتفوقين بالمرحلة الإعدادية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (163) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الصف الأول الإعدادي بمدرستي التل الكبير الإعدادية بنين والتل الكبير الإعدادية بنات بإدارة التل الكبير التعليمية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية للعام الدراسي (2014-2015)، منهم (65) ذكور، و(98) إناث، وبلغ متوسط أعمارهم الزمنية (12.88) سنة بانحراف معياري قدره (0.53)، وقد تم حساب ثبات المقياس باستخدام طريقتي ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية، وتم حساب الصدق باستخدام: صدق المحكمين، والصدق العاملي. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المقياس يتمتع بقدر مناسب من الثبات والصدق يجعله صالحا للكشف عن المتفوقين بالمرحلة الإعدادية. The present study aimed to preparation scale for rating the behavioral characteristics of the gifted, and try to verify the validity of the detection of the gifted pupils in the preparatory stage. The study sample consisted of "163" male and female pupils in the first-grade of the preparatory school for the academic year (2014-2015), including "65" males and "98" females, with an average time of age (12.88 years), standard deviation of (0.53), has been the Reliability of the scale is calculated using two methods: Alpha Cronbach, and the split-half, it has also been use two methods to calculate the validity, namely: the content validity and factorial validity. The results of the study showed that the Scale enjoys as much of an appropriate Reliability and validity makes it valid for the detection of the gifted pupils in the preparatory stage.
