هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وبين الحاجات الإرشادية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في المملكة العربية السعودية، منطقة (المدينة المنورة). وهدفت كذلك إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والكشف عن مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، والكشف عن الفروق في الضغوط النفسية من خلال المتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع، المؤهل التعليمي، أوضاعهم المادية). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (52) من أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، تتراوح أعمارهم بين (25- 60 عامًا). واستخدمت الباحثة استبيان الضغوط النفسية لأولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وهو من إعداد الباحثة، كما استخدمت استبيان الحاجات الإرشادية، من إعداد الباحثة، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد جاء بدرجة متوسطة (2.241 من 3)، وهو متوسط يقع في الفئة الثانية من فئات الاستبيان الثلاثي (من 1.67 إلى 2.32)، وهي الفئة التي تشير إلى خيار "أحيانًا"، وجاء بعد ضغوط ناجمة عن وجود طفل توحدي يأتي أولًا، يليه بعد الضغوط الاجتماعية، يليه بعد الضغوط المالية، وأخيرًا: بعد الضغوط الجسمية والنفسية كما أسفرت النتائج عن أن مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاء محور الحاجات المعرفية والتدريبية: يأتي أولًا، يليه بعد الحاجات المعرفية والتدريبية، يليه بعد الحاجات المجتمعية، وأخيرًا: بعد الحاجات الاجتماعية، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05)، في مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، تُعزى لمتغيرات: النوع، المؤهل التعليمي، أوضاعهم المادية. كما أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيًّا بـ: عند مستوى (0.01) بين الضغوط النفسية ومحاورها، والحاجات الإرشادية وأبعادها لدى أولياء أمور الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد. The study aimed at identifying the relationship between psychological stress and the counseling needs of parents with children suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Al-Madinah AlMunawarah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In addition, the study aimed at revealing the level of psychological stress among parents of ASD children, revealing the level of their counseling needs, and detecting the differences in psychological pressures attributing to the variables: gender, educational qualification, and their financial conditions. This study was applied on a sample of (52) parents of ASD children ranging in age groups less than 25 and 60 years' old. The researcher used both a psychological stress survey and a counseling needs survey for parents of ASD children. The study discovered that the levels of psychological stress of parents with ASD children came in a medium level (from 2.241 to 3) which is an average that falls in the second category of the triple survey categories (from 1.67 to 2.32), which is the category that refers to the "sometimes" option and came after pressures resulting from the presence of an autistic child, which came first. This is followed by social pressures, followed by financial pressures, and finally the physical and psychological pressures. The level of counseling needs of parents with ASD children has resulted in a high degree. The focus of knowledge and training needs came first, followed by knowledge and training needs, and then the societal needs, and finally the social needs. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the level of psychological stress among parents of ASD children, attributing to the variables: gender, educational qualification, their financial conditions. There is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of (0.01) revealing the psychological stress and its scopes, counseling needs and their dimensions among parents of ASD children.
