هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح موجه لمعلمات الروضة للتعامل مع الأطفال في بيئات ثقافية متنوعة في المجتمع السعودي، وبلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة (40) معلمة من معلمات الروضة في مدينة الرياض في المجتمع السعودية، تم توزيع أفراد الدراسة بشكل قصدي على مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية تكونت من (20) معلمة روضة خضعن إلى البرنامج التدريبي المكون من (7) جلسات تدريبية على مدار فصل دراسي وهو الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2015-2014 بمعدل جلسة واحدة كل أسبوع، بالإضافة إلى استبانة التعامل مع الأطفال في بيئات ثقافية متعددة، قبلي وبعدي وبعد فترة من انتهاء البرنامج، ومجموعة ضابطة مكونة من (20) معلمة من معلمات الروضة لم يخضعن إلى أي نوع من أنواع التدريب، ولكن طبق عليهن استبانة التعامل مع الأطفال في بيئات ثقافية متعددة من إعداد الباحثة (اختبار قبلي وبعدي). قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود فعالية للبرنامج التدريبي على أداء المجموعة التجريبية على الاختبار القبلي والبعدي لاستبانة التعامل مع الأطفال في بيئات ثقافية متعددة، وقد كانت الفروق في الدرجة الكلية وعلى مختلف الأبعاد لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وجود أثر واضح للتنوع الثقافي في تعامل الأطفال وظهر ذلك في المحاور من حيث تقبل الآخرين والتواصل الفعال مع الآخرين وتنمية مهارات الصداقة وحل الصراعات والعمل الجماعي وتم تأكيد ذلك من خلال معلمات الروضة بعد تطبيق الاستبانة. وبناءً على هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: تكثيف الدورات والندوات للعاملين في مجال التربية والتعليم لتدريبهم للتعامل مع التنوع الثقافي ودعم البرامج التدريبية لأعداد المعلمين وخاصة المراحل المبكرة مادياً ومعنوياً ونشر هذه البرامج التجريبية بشكل كبير وإكساب الأطفال طرق جديدة تمكنهم من التعامل مع التنوع الثقافي في العالم. This study aimed to identify the impact of the effectiveness of the proposed training program prompt for kindergarten teachers to deal with children in a variety of cultural environments in Saudi society, the number of sample members reached the study (40), a teacher of kindergarten teachers in the city of Riyadh in Saudi society has been my intention was distributed members of the study the two groups: an experimental group consisted of (20) kindergarten teacher to have undergone the training program, consisting of (7) training sessions throughout the semester, the second semester of the 2014-2015 year student at the rate of one session per week, in addition to the questionnaire dealing with children in multicultural environments, before me and after me and after a period from the end of the program, and a control group consisting of (20) a teacher of kindergarten teachers did not subjected to any kind of training, but applied them to a questionnaire dealing with children in multi-cultural environments of the preparation of the researcher (pretest and after me). The study found a range of results among which the effectiveness of the training program on the performance of the experimental group on the pretest and posttest to identify dealing with children in multi-cultural environments, and the differences in the total score and the different dimensions in favor of the post application, the presence of the impact of multiculturalism on children of all multiculturalism axes of where others accept communicate effectively with others develop friendship skills, conflict resolution and teamwork was confirmed through kindergarten teachers after applying the questionnaire to them. Based on these findings this study recommended a set of recommendations, including: the intensification of courses and seminars for workers in the field education to be trained to deal with cultural diversity and support training programs for the numbers of teachers, especially the early stages financially and morally and dissemination of these training programs dramatically and give children new ways to enable them to deal with.
