هدف البحث التوصل لتصور مقترح لتأسيس بيئة التمكين لإنجاح التحول الرقمي في التعليم واستدامته في ضوء رؤية مصر الرقمية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع آراء أفراد العينة المتمثلة في عدد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية حول الأسس العلمية الواقعية من المتخصصين الأكاديميين، وتمثلت أبرز نتائج الدراسة في تحديد أسس بيئة التمكين للتحول الرقمي والتي تمثلت في الأسس الخاصة بالوعي مثل: رفع الوعي بثقافة المحتوى الرقمي وتطبيقاته واستخداماته، التوعية بأهمية التحول الرقمي في تطوير الإمكانات الذاتية لمواجهة تحديات العصر، نشر مزايا التحول الرقمي في التعليم لجميع أطراف العملية التعليمية والأسس الخاصة بتمكين بيئة التعليم والتعلم الرقمي مثل: دعم البنية التحتية بالأجهزة الرقمية المتطورة، وتوفير شبكة أنترنت عالية السرعة والجودة، وتوفير الدعم الفني لتشغيل البرامج وصيانة الأجهزة، وتوفير برامج الحماية للبيانات والشبكات، وكذلك تحديد متطلبات التحول الرقمي في التعليم واستدامته والمتعلقة بإرساء الأسس المؤسسية للتحول الرقمي في التعليم، وأسس جاهزية بيئة التحول الرقمي واستدامته، وخلص البحث لتصور مقترح يسهم في تحديد أسس بيئة التمكين لإنجاح التحول الرقمي للتعليم. The aim of the research is to reach a proposed vision for establishing an enabling environment for the success and sustainability of digital transformation in education in light of Egypt’s digital vision. Academic specialists, and the most prominent results of the study were to determine the foundations of the enabling environment for digital transformation, which were represented in the foundations of awareness such as: raising awareness of the culture of digital content and its applications and uses, raising awareness of the importance of digital transformation in developing self-potential to meet the challenges of the age, spreading the advantages of digital transformation in education to all parties The educational process and the foundations for enabling the digital education and learning environment, such as: supporting the infrastructure with advanced digital devices, providing a high-speed and quality internet network, providing technical support for running programs and maintaining devices, providing protection programs for data and networks, as well as defining the requirements for digital transformation in education and its sustainability related to laying the foundations Institutionalization for digital transformation in education, and the foundations for the readiness of the environment for digital transformation digital and its sustainability, and the research concluded with a proposed vision that contributes to defining the foundations of the enabling environment for the success of the digital transformation of education.
