هدف البحث إلى وضع الآليات التربوية المقترحة لتطوير برامج التعلم المستمر في إطار خدمة المجتمع على ضوء التحولات التكنولوجية للثورة الصناعية الرابعة، من خلال عرض الإطار النظري المفاهيمي لمفهوم التعلم المستمر، وأهداف التعلم المستمر، وطرق التعلم والتدريب بمؤسسات التعلم المستمر، ومعوقات برامج التعلم المستمر، وعرض أنماط دور التعلم المستمر في إطار خدمة المجتمع، وبرامج التعلم المستمر التي تقوم بها الجامعة في إطار خدمة المجتمع، كما تعرض إلى شرح لمفهوم الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وأبرز تطورات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة على سوق العمل، ودوافع الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، وخصائصها وتحدياتها على برامج التعلم المستمر، وانعكاساتها، ثم الإطار الميداني للبحث، وتكونت العينة من (100) من المشاركين بجامعات القاهرة، الأزهر، عين شمس، حلوان، المنوفية، المنصورة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لطبيعة المشكلة، حيث اعتمد البحث على بعض الأدوات ومنها المقابلة الشخصية Interview، والاستبانة Questionnaire، وتوصل البحث إلى ربط برامج التعلم المستمر بالمشاريع التنموية الوطنية من أجل تحقيق منظور التنمية المتكاملة وربط التعلم المستمر بتوليد فرص العمل في خدمة المجتمع، إجراء البحوث والدراسات العلمية في مجال التعلم المستمر وربطها بمجالات التنمية لحل المشكلات مع التركيز على المناطق والمجتمعات الأكثر احتياجا، تأسيس جمعية علمية تختص بالتعلم المستمر، وأن تضم هذه الجمعية في عضويتها التربويين في كافة التخصصات، بالإضافة إلى ممثلين من الوزارات والهيئات المختلفة على أن يتم ذلك من خلال مجلة علمية. The aim of the research is to develop the proposed educational mechanisms for the development of continuous learning programs within the framework of community service in the light of the technological transformations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, by presenting the conceptual theoretical framework of the concept of continuous learning, the objectives of continuous learning, methods of learning and training in continuous learning institutions, and the obstacles of continuing learning programs, and presenting Patterns of the role of continuous learning within the framework of community service, and the continuous learning programs carried out by the university within the framework of community service, as well as an explanation of the concept of the fourth industrial revolution, the most prominent developments of the fourth industrial revolution on the labor market, the motives of the fourth industrial revolution, its characteristics and challenges on continuous learning programs, and its implications, then the field framework of the research, The sample consisted of (100) participants from the universities of Cairo, Al-Azhar, Ain Shams, Helwan, Menoufia, Mansoura, and the descriptive approach was used to the nature of the problem. With national development projects in order to achieve the perspective of integrated development and link continuous learning with generating job opportunities in community service, conducting research and scientific studies in the field of continuous learning and linking them to areas of development to solve problems with a focus on the regions and communities most in need, establishing a scientific association specialized in continuous learning, and to include these The association includes educators in all disciplines, in addition to representatives from different ministries and authorities, provided that this is done through a scientific journal.
