هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة معوقات استخدام منصات التدريب الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني بمراكز التدريب التربوي في محافظة بيشة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اُستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة (استبانة) على عينة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة من المعلمات في المدارس التابعة لمحافظة بيشة بلغ عددها 509 معلمة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن إجمالي درجة المعوقات البشرية لاستخدم المنصات الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني للمعلمات بمراكز التدريب التربوي بمحافظة بيشة كان بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.43)، وإجمالي درجة المعوقات الإدارية لاستخدم المنصات الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني للمعلمات بمراكز التدريب التربوي بمحافظة بيشة كان بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.47)، وإجمالي درجة المعوقات التقنية لاستخدم المنصات الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني للمعلمات بمراكز التدريب التربوي بمحافظة بيشة كان بدرجة "كبيرة" بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3.92)، كما أشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة في كلاً من المعوّقات البشريّة، والإداريّة، والتّقنيّة تُعزى لمتغير التخصص وعدد برامج التطوير المهني عبر المنصات الإلكترونية والمؤهل، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=µ) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة في كلاً من المعوّقات البشريّة، والإداريّة، والتّقنيّة تُعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة "أكثر من 10 سنوات"، ومتغير طبيعة العمل لصالح فئة "مشرفة تربوية"، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم عدة توصيات أهمها: أهمية توفير منصة تدريب إلكترونية خاصة بمراكز التدريب التربوي، وأهمية توجيه وتدريب المعلمات على استخدام منصات التدريب الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني للمعلمات بمراكز التدريب التربوي بشكل خاص، وأهمية توفير الأجهزة والبرامج المطلوبة لتعميم استخدام منصات التدريب الإلكترونية في برامج التطوير المهني للمعلمين والمعلمات داخل مراكز التدريب التربوي، كما قدمت الدراسة عدداُ من المقترحات البحثية. The study aimed to reveal the obstacles of using electronic training platforms in professional development programs in educational training centers in Bisha governorate from the teachers’ viewpoint To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey approach was used. The study instruments included a questionnaire which was administered to a representative sample of the target population (509 female teachers). The results of the study concluded that the level of human obstacles to using electronic platforms in the professional development programs for female teachers in educational training centers in Bisha governorate was high with a mean of (3.43). The level of administrative obstacles to using electronic platforms in the professional development programs for female teachers in educational training centers in the governorate of Bisha was high, with a mean of (3.47), and the level of technical obstacles concerning using electronic platforms in the professional development programs for female teachers in the educational training centers in Bisha governorate was high with a mean of (3.92). The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the means of the responses of the sample members in each of the human, administrative and technical obstacles due to the variable of specialization, the number of professional development programs through electronic platforms and the qualification, and the results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (µ = 0.05) between the means of the responses of the sample members in each of the human, administrative and technical obstacles attributed to the variable of years of experience in favor of the category "more than 10 years", and the variable of the nature of work in favor of the category of "educational supervisor". The study recommended providing an electronic training platform for educational training centers, directing and training teachers to use electronic training platforms in professional development programs for female teachers in educational training centers in particular, and the importance of providing the devices and programs required to generalize the use of electronic training platforms. In the professional development programs for male and female teachers within educational training centers, the study also made a number of research suggestions. (Published abstract)
