هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في التثقيف القانوني وعلاقته بمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية في الحد من ظاهرة الفساد، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي، بتطبيق استبانتين، الأولى تكونت من 40 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات، والثانية شملت 25 فقرة لوصف مسؤولية الجامعات الاجتماعية في مكافحة الفساد، على عينة مكونة من 387 طالباً وطالبة من الجامعات: الأزهر، الإسلامية، فلسطين. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة التقدير لدور الجامعات في التثقيف القانوني كانت متوسطة عند وزن نسبي 61.98%، حيث جاء مجال التثقيف حول الحقوق والواجبات العامة في المرتبة الأولى، ومجال التثقيف حول الأحكام القضائية في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة α≤ 0.05 بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدور الجامعات في التثقيف القانوني أو المسؤولية الاجتماعية؛ تعزى للمتغيرات: الجنس، نوع الكلية، التأييد التنظيمي، وأن درجة التقدير الكلية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعة في مكافحة الفساد كانت كبيرة عند وزن نسبي 75.00%، وجود علاقة طردية قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لدور الجامعة في التثقيف القانوني، ودرجة تقديرهم لمسؤوليتها الاجتماعية في مكافحة الفساد. وأوصت الدراسة تفعيل الشراكة بين الجامعة والمؤسسات المهتمة بمحاربة الفساد، والعمل على اقتراح حلول مهنية مناسبة لعلاج أسباب الفساد بالتنسيق مع وزارة العدل. The study aims to identify the role of Palestinian universities in legal education and its relation to their social responsibility in combating corruption. To achieve this, the researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach, through applying two questionnaires. The first consisted of 40 items divided into three areas, the second included 25 items to describe the responsibility of social universities in the fight against corruption, a sample of 387 students from universities: A1-Azhar, Islamic, Palestine. Results showed that the total degree of appreciation for the role of universities in legal education was medium with a relative weight of 61.98%. The field of education on rights and public duties ranked first, and the field of education on judicial decisions came last. No statistically significant differences do exist between the average score of the sample members of the role of universities in legal education or social responsibility that can be attributed to the variables: gender, type of college, organizational support. The total score of the university's social responsibility in the fight against corruption was significant at a relative weight 75.00%. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the degree of assessment of the role of the university in legal education and the degree of appreciation of its social responsibility in the fight against corruption. The study recommended activating partnership between the university and institutions interested in combating corruption, and working on proposing appropriate professional solutions to address the causes of corruption in coordination with the Ministry of Justice.
