هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرُّف واقع الإرشاد التربوي، والتحديات التي تواجه المرشدات الطلابيات في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدينة المنورة، والكشف عن الفروق في درجة واقع الإرشاد التربوي، والتحديات التي تواجه المرشدات الطلابيات في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدينة المنورة، تبعًا لمتغيرَيِ: المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة التدريسية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المرشدات الطلابيات المفرغات لمهام الإرشاد الطلابي بالمدينة المنورة، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (87) من المرشدات الطلابيات بالمدينة المنورة، وقد قامت الباحثة بتطوير أدوات الدراسة وهي استبيان واقع الإرشاد التربوي واستبيان التحديات التي تواجه المرشدات الطلابيات في المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدينة المنورة، والمكون من (50) مفردة موزعة على محورَيْن، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة التحديات التي تواجه المرشدات الطلابيات في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بالمدينة المنورة جاءت مرتفعة من وجهات نظر المرشدات الطلابيات بالمدينة المنورة، كما كشفت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية، تبعاً لمتغير سنوات الخدمة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًّا بين المتوسطات الحسابية تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The study aimed to identify the reality of educational counseling and the challenges facing faced by students' advisors in the intermediate stage in Madinah in Saudi Arabia, and to reveal the differences in the degree of the reality of educational counseling and the challenges facing students' advisors based on two variables: academic qualification and teaching experience. The sample of this study consisting of 87 of students' advisors. The researcher developed two questionnaires. The first questionnaire is about the reality of educational counseling that consists of 20 items and the second one is about the challenges facing students' advisors that consists of 30 items. The results of this study revealed that the degree of challenges facing the students' advisors in middle schools was high. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages based on the years of experiences variable. Also, there were an absence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages according to the academic qualification variable. (Published abstract)
