هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لبعض الأساليب الإشرافية، والتحديات التي يواجهونها من وجهة نظرهم، واتخذت الدراسة أسلوب مجتمعات التعلم المهنية نموذجا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي، وذلك باستخدام استبانة تكونت من (20) عبارة موزعة على محورين، تم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (80) مشرفاً ومشرفة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت الباحثات المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت). وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة تنويع المشرفين التربويين في الأساليب الإشرافية جاءت بدرجة عالية جداً، وأن درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لمجتمعات التعلم المهنية كأسلوب من الأساليب الإشرافية؛ كانت بين الدرجة العالية جداً، العالية والمتوسطة، كما أوضحت النتائج أن أسلوب الزيارة الصفية من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المشرف التربوي في عدم التنويع في الأساليب الإشرافية بشكل كبير، وأكدت النتائج أيضا على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأسلوب مجتمعات التعلم المهنية والصعوبات التي تواجههم تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والتخصص وسنوات الخبرة. This study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervisors practice some of the supervisory methods, and the challenges they face from their point of view. The study took the method of professional learning communities as a model, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive approach, using a questionnaire that consisted of (20) phrases spread over two axes. It was applied to the study sample of (80) supervisors, and to answer the questions of the study, the researchers extracted the arithmetic averages, standard deviations and the (t) test. The results of the study indicated that the degree of educational supervisors' diversification in supervisory methods came to a very large degree, and that the degree of educational supervisors' practice of professional learning communities as a method of supervisory methods; It was between a very large, large and medium degree, and the results showed that the classroom visit method is one of the most important challenges facing the educational supervisor in the absence of significant diversification in supervisory methods. The results also confirmed that there are no statistically significant differences in the degree to which educational supervisors practice of the professional learning communities method. The difficulties they face are due to the variables of gender, specialization and years of experience. (Published abstract)
