هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات خبراء التربية حول متطلبات الدراسات المستقبلية (البشرية والمنهجية والإجرائية) في البحوث التربوية، ولتحقيق الأهداف السابقة استخدمت الدراسة أحد أساليب الدراسات المستقبلية: أسلوب دلفاي، كما استخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من خبراء التربية ذوي الاهتمام بالدراسات المستقبلية وعددهم (34). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج لعل أبرزها أن المتطلبات البشرية تمثلت في تدريب الباحثين وتطوير فرق بحثية مشتركة للدراسات المستقبلية بين الأساتذة والطلاب وتخصيص أوقاف لدعم الأبحاث والأنشطة العلمية في الدراسات المستقبلية بينما أبرز المتطلبات المنهجية كانت من خلال تبني شراكات بين قطاع التعليم العام والعالي لوضع أسس للدراسات المستقبلية في التربية ومؤشراتها وتشجيع الإنتاج العلمي والإفادة من تجارب الدول المتقدمة في مجال الدراسات المستقبلية بالبحوث التربوية، وفيما يخص المتطلبات الإجرائية كانت ابرزها إقامة دورات تدريبية تسهم في تعزيز ثقافة الدراسات المستقبلية في البحوث التربوية وإنشاء مراكز للبحوث المستقبلية في الجامعات. The study aimed to identify the perceptions of education experts about the requirements of future studies (human, methodological and procedural) in educational research, and to achieve the previous objectives, the study used one of the methods of future studies: the Delphi method, as well as the descriptive approach. The study population consisted of (34) education experts with interest in future studies. The study reached a number of results, perhaps the most prominent of which is that the human requirements consisted in training researchers, developing joint research teams for future studies between professors and students, and allocating endowments to support research and scientific activities in future studies, while the most prominent methodological requirements were through the adoption of partnerships between the public and higher education sector to lay the foundations for studies. Future studies in education and its indicators, encouraging scientific production and benefiting from the experiences of developed countries in the field of future studies in educational research, and with regard to procedural requirements, the most prominent of which was the establishment of training courses that contribute to strengthening the culture of future studies in educational research and the establishment of centers for future research in universities.
