هدف البحث إلى تحديد نوع العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومهارات القيادة لدى مدراء المؤسسات التعليمية، والكشف عن بعض أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي التي تنبئ بمهارات القيادة لدى مدراء المؤسسات التعليمية المتنوعة، ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف أعدت الباحثة: مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي وتكون في صورته النهائية من (18) عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد هي {الوعي بالذات، تنظيم الذات، دافعيىة الذات، المهارات الاجتماعية}، مقياس مهارات القيادة يتكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (20) عبارة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد هي {مهارات الاتصال والتواصل، مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، مهارات حل المشكلات، ومهارات التقييم للمرؤسين}، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث على عينه قوامها (100) مديراً ووكيلاً كقيادة ثانية (53 ذكور، 47 إناث)، وتم اختيارهم من المؤسسات التعليمية المتنوعة الإبتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية بهدف اختبار صحة الفروض. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي المتمثلة في {الوعي بالذات، تنظيم الذات، الدافعية} كل بعد على حدى وبين أبعاد مهارات القيادة المتمثلة في {مهارات الاتصال والتواصل، التنظيم والتخطيط، مهارات حل المشكلات، مهارات الرقابة الإدارية وتقييم المرؤسين}، كما توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الدرجة الكلية للذكاء الانفعالي والدرجة الكلية لمهارات القيادة والقيمة دالة عند 0.01، كما وجدت علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين المهارات الاجتماعية كبعد من أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي وبين كل من مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومهارات الرقابة الإدارية وتقييم المرؤسين كبعدين من أبعاد مهارات القيادة والقيمة دالة عند 0.05، عدم وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين المهارات الاجتماعية كبعد من أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي وبين كل من مهارات الاتصال والتواصل، مهارات حل المشكلات (من أبعاد مهارات القيادة) وأيضاً مع الدرجة الكلية لمهارات القيادة. كما أظهرت النتائج أنه ينبئ كل من {الوعي بالذات والدافعية} كبعدي من أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي بمهارات القيادة لدى مدراء المؤسسات التعليمية، بنسبة مساهمة إجمالية 67% (61% للوعي بالذات، 6 % للدافعية). This study aims at: Identifying the kind of relationship between the emotional intelligence and the leadership skills among managers of educational institutions, Recognizing some of the dimensions of the emotional intelligence that predict the leadership skills of the managers of various educational institutions. To achieve these aims, the researcher prepared the following instruments, Emotional intelligence scale: its final form is composed of (18) sentences distributed in four dimensions, they are (Self-awareness, self regulation self- motivations and social skills) , Leadership skills scale: its final form is composed of (20) sentences distributed in four dimensions, they are: (Communication skills, strategic planning skills, problem- solving skills and management control and subordinate evaluation skills), The instruments of the study are applied to a sample of (100) mangers and agents as second leadership (53 males and 47 females) they are chosen from the various; primary, preparatory and secondary educational institutions in order to test the validity of the hypotheses The results of the study revealed the following: There is a statistically significant correlational relationship between the dimensions of the emotional intelligence represented in; Self-awareness, Self- regulation and motivation, each dimension separately, and between the dimensions of the leadership skills represented in (communication skills, strategic planning skills, problem-solving skills, management control and subordinate evaluation skills. There is also a statistically significant correlational relationship between the overall degree of emotional intelligence and the overall degree of leadership skills and the value is indicative at (0.01) level:, There is a statistically significant correlational relationship between the social skills as a dimension of the emotional intelligence and both of the strategic planning skills; and management control and subordinate evaluation skills as two dimensions of the leadership skills and the value is indicative at (0.05). There is no statistically significant correlational relationship between the social skills as a dimension of the emotional intelligence and both of the communication skills and the problem-solving skills (as dimensions of leadership skills) nor is there any significant correlational relationship with the overall degree of the leadership skills. The results revealed that: self- awareness and motivation as emotional intelligence dimensions predict the leadership skills among managers of educational institution by total contribution 67% (61% for self-awareness and 6% for motivations).
