تعمل الدراسة الحالية على دراسة المشكلات التي تواجه مدراء المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم في منطقة الزرقاء الأولى في ضوء جائحة كورونا، وعمل الباحث على توظيف أسلوب الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، حيث عمل الباحث على توظيف استبانة قائمة على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، وجرى توزيعها بشكل الكتروني على مئة (100) مدير ومديرة مدرسة، جرى اختيارهم بشكل قصدي من مئة (100) مدرسة حكومية تابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم في منطقة الزرقاء الأولى، وتم استرجاع 91 استمارة صالحة لغايات التحليل الإحصائي، وبذلك بلغت نسبة الاسترداد 91%، وعمل الباحث على توظيف برنامج SPSS لغايات إجراء التحليل الإحصائي للوصول للنتائج، وتم التوصل لعدة نتائج، حيث تبين أن حدة المشكلات التي تواجه مدراء المدارس الحكومية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى في ضوء جائحة كورونا تعد منخفضة، وينطبق ذلك على المشكلات المتصلة بالمناهج والمشكلات المتصلة بالمعلمين والمشكلات الإدارية، ويوصي الباحث بوضع خطط من وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية للتصدي للتصدي للمشكلات التي تواجه المدراء في المدارس الحكومية في الأردن. This article explored the problems faced by the principals working in the public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa' Al-Ola Directorate of Education in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic. The researcher used a questionnaire for collecting data. The five-point Likert scale was used. The questionnaire forms were distributed in an electronic manner to 100 female and male principals who were selected purposively from 100 public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa' Al-Ola Directorate of Education. 91 questionnaire forms were retrieved and considered valid for analysis. The response rate is 91%. SPSS software was used for analysing data to reach results. Several results were reached. For instance, the severity of the problems faced by the principals working in the public schools affiliated with Al-Zarqa' Al-Ola Directorate of Education in the light of the Coronavirus pandemic is low. That applies to the curricula-related problems, teachers-related problems and administrative problems. The researcher recommends setting plans by the Jordanian Ministry of Education in order to address the problems faced by public school principals in Jordan. (Published abstract)
