The aim of this research is to identify the degree of use of electronic administration in government-education schools for girls in Madinah, as well as to detect the differences between the opinions of the members of the research sample according to job and number of years of experience in the use of electronic administration in the public secondary schools for girls in Madinah. The questionnaire consisted of (398) individuals: (54) leaders and (344) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the research, the study tool was developed. The questionnaire included 30 phrases divided into three areas (achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries, improving the processes and performance evaluation). The following statistical methods were used in the analysis of the results: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, (t) test, Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA and Scheffe test. The study reached a series of results, the most important of which are as follows: The use of electronic administration by leaders was high, where the most use was to improve operations and the least was in performance evaluation. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) in all fields according to job. The use of female leaders of e-administration does not have statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the areas of improving processes and evaluating performance according to practical experience. There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the field of achieving the satisfaction of beneficiaries according to experience in favour of short experience. In light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions have been put in place that may help interested officials of the Ministry of Education and Education Departments in Madinah improve the use of educational leaders of electronic administration.
