The study aimed at uncovering the level of practice of principals of talent management in basic schools in the Directorate of Education of Ramtha Brigade in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method by applying a questionnaire consisting of (42) paragraphs divided into six areas that measure the degree of talent management practice. The study community consists of 184 directors and managers of the basic stage in Ramtha. The results of the study showed that basic school principals' degree of practice management of talent was large in general and for all fields. The results also showed statistically significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) in the total score on the tool due to the gender variable in favour of females. There were no statistically significant differences (α≤0.05) in the sample estimates on all the fields of talent management practice in Ramtha Brigade and the total score due to the variable of scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α ≤ 00.05) between the average estimates of the sample on the field of attracting talent and the field of promotion of talent and the overall score due to the variable of type of school, for the benefit of governmental schools, as well as due to the variable of years of experience, for the benefit of those with more than 10 years of experience. The study recommended the establishment of a department in each of the directorates of education, specialized in talent management, to be subordinate to the Department of Human Resources Development in each directorate.
