يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم عن بعد بمدارس التعليم الثانوي فى ظل جائحة كورونا بمحافظة الشرقية من وجهة نظر الطلاب والمعلمين، كما تهدف أيضاً إلى الكشف عن المعوقات التي تعترض تطبيق نظام التعليم عن بعد. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتكونت عينة البحث من (250) طالب وطالبة من طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام وعدد (130) معلم ومعلمة تم أختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. توصل البحث إلى أن تطبيق التعليم عن بعد بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة الشرقية من وجهة نظر الطلاب والمعلمين تعوق تطبيقه مجموعة من المعوقات منها ما يلي: افتقار التعليم عن بعد إلى التفاعل والإتصال المباشر بين المعلم والمتعلم، وإهمال التعليم عن بعد للأنشطة الاجتماعية والترفيهية، وأيضاً ارتفاع رسوم إشتراك الإنترنت، بالإضافة إلي أن التعليم عن بعد لا يراعى الفروق الفردية بين المتعلمين، كما توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات للتغلب على المعوقات التي تعيق تطبيق التعليم عن بعد وآليات تحقيقها. The research aimed to reveal the reality of distance learning in secondary schools in light of the Corona pandemic in the Al-sharqia Governorate from the viewpoint of students and teachers ،and it also aimed to reveal the obstacles that hinder the application of distance learning. The research was based on the descriptive analytical method. The sample of the research consisted of (250) male and female students from general secondary education and (130) teachers were randomly selected. The research found that the reality of applying distance learning in secondary education schools in Al-sharqia governorate from the students teachers' point of view. Also existence a set of obstacles hindering the application of distance learning including the following: distance Learning lacks direct interaction and contact between teacher and learner and remote education neglect of social activities and entertainment, also the high fees for Internet subscription. In addition, distance learning does not take into account the individual differences between learners. Finally, obstacles that limit the application of distance learning, the researcher suggests a set of recommendations to overcome the obstacles that hinder the application of distance learning and the mechanisms to achieve them.
