هدفت الدراسة التعرف على الأسس النظرية لمتطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة في التعليم، إلقاء الضوء على الأسس النظرية للمسؤولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، الوقوف على واقع ممارسة معلمات رياض الأطفال لمسؤولياتهن المهنية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل المسؤولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال تحليل الأدبيات التربوية التي تناولت المسؤولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال والثورة الصناعية الرابعة وتطبيقاتها في التعليم، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: تفعيل المسؤولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال يشكل مطلباً أساسياً لتوفير مناخ مناسب لتحقيق التعليم الجيد منذ مراحل التعليم الأولى، تتعلق المسؤولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال بتطوير الأداء المهني لهن والذي يعد مطلباً أساسياً من متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، تفعيل المسئولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء الثورة الصناعية الرابعة يتطلب توفير بيئة تعليمية مفتوحة تتميز بالرعاية والإهتمام والاحترام المتبادل بين معلمات رياض الأطفال وبعضهن البعض وبين الأطفال وكذلك بينهن وبين الإدارة، وقدمت تصوراً مقترحاً لتفعيل المسئولية المهنية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ومجموعة من البحوث المستقبلية. The study aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in education, to scout about the theoretical foundations of the professional responsibility of kindergarten teachers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the reality of kindergarten teachers' practice of their professional responsibilities in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution; as a way to present a proposed conception to activate the professional responsibility of kindergarten teachers in Light requirements of the fourth industrial revolution. The study based on the descriptive approach to analyze the educational literature of professional responsibility of kindergarten teachers, as well as the Fourth Industrial Revolution and its applications in education. The study has reached some findings, the most significant of which are: activating the professional responsibility of kindergarten teachers is a prerequisite for providing a suitable climate to achieve quality of education from the early stages of education. The professional responsibility of kindergarten teachers, in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, requires the existence of an open educational environment characterized by care, concern and mutual respect between kindergarten teachers, children as well, and between teachers and the administration. Finally, the study provided a proposed conception for activation of kindergarten teachers’ professional responsibility in the light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Requirements, and in the light of some relevant forward-looking researches.
