يشهد العالم المعاصر ثورة هائلة من التحولات والمتغيرات على كافة الأصعدة؛ ولذا فقد تنامي الاهتمام بمجتمع المعلومات واقتصاد المعرفة والتحول الرقمي والسوق التنافسية، وغيرها من العوامل التي أثرت على بيئة العمل والانتاج، واستدعت بدورها ضرورة إكساب العاملين العديد من القدرات والمهارات التي تُؤهلهم للتعاطي السريع معها، ومن هنا سعت الشركات في توفير تعليم بديل مؤهل للعاملين، مع محاولة الاستفادة من الخبرات الأكاديمية في مجال التخصص بإبرام شراكات مع الجامعات، وقد أسهمت تلك الشراكات في ظهور نموذج جامعة الشركات Corporate University"، والتي تستهدف بداية تنمية قدرات أعضائها على التعليم المستمر، كما أنها اتخذت العديد من السياسات والاستراتيجيات التربوية والتي قد تفيد في تحسين بيئات التعليم والتعلم، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفى التحليلى لاستعراض الإطار المفاهيمي والفكري لجامعة الشركات، وقد أكدت نتائج البحث أن نموذج جامعة الشركات يتميز بالعديد من السياسات التربوية والممارسات التعليمية والتي تؤكد على استمرارية التعليم والتدريب والتي قد تحمل جوانب تميز متعددة يمكن للجامعات أن تستفيد من ممارساتها التربوية في تحقيق التعليم المستمر، وانتهى البحث إلى اقتراح مجموعة من الممارسات والإجراءات العملية التي يمكن أن تفيد في تطوير الجامعات على مستوى القيادات الجامعية، أو أعضاء هيئة التدريس، أو الطلاب بُغية تطوير التعليم الجامعي وتأصيل التعليم المستمر تطبيقاً وممارسات. The contemporary world is witnessing a tremendous revolution of transformations and changes at all levels. Therefore, interest has grown in the information society, the knowledge economy, digital transformation, the competitive market, and other factors that have affected the work environment and production, and in turn called for the necessity for workers to acquire many capabilities and skills that qualify them to quickly deal with them, Hence, companies sought to provide qualified alternative education for workers, while trying to benefit from academic experiences in the field of specialization by entering into partnerships with universities, and these partnerships contributed to the emergence of the Corporate University model, Which aims primarily to develop the capabilities of its members on continuing education, and has taken many educational policies and strategies that may be useful in improving teaching and learning environments, and the research was based on the descriptive and analytical approach to review the conceptual and intellectual framework of the corporate university, The results of the research confirmed that the corporate university model is characterized by many educational policies and educational practices that emphasize the continuity of education and training, which may bear multiple aspects of distinction that universities can benefit from their educational practices in achieving continuous education, and the research ended with proposing a set of practices and practical procedures that can be To be useful in developing universities at the level of university leaders, faculty members, or students, with the aim of developing university education and establishing continuing education in application and practice.
