This study aimed to determine the degree to which government school principals in Qweismeh possess leadership skills, and the researcher followed the descriptive survey approach due to its relevance to the study. The study sample consisted of a random sample of school principals in the Qweismeh District, numbering (23) principals and principals. The results of the study showed that the principals of government schools in the Qweismeh District have high leadership skills in general with an arithmetic mean (2.25) and a standard deviation (0.455), and that there are no differences statistically significant at the significance level (a<=0.05) in the responses of the principals of government basic schools in the Qweismeh district towards the degree of availability of leadership skills they have due to the variable of gender, experience, and educational qualification. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education should focus on the leadership skills of principals before appointing them or assigning them to school administration, Qweismeh District have high leadership skills in general with an arithmetic mean (2.25) and a standard deviation (0.455), and that there are no differences Statistically significant at the significance level (a<=0.05) in the responses of the principals of government basic schools in the Qweismeh district towards the degree of availability of leadership skills they have due to the variable of gender, experience, and educational qualification.
