استهدفت الدراسة إعداد برنامج مقترح لتنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى قيادات التعليم الثانوي التجاري الداعمة لتعليم الطلاب ريادة الأعمال، وقد تطلب تحقيق هذا الهدف تحديد مدى توافر هذه الجدارات لدى قيادات المدارس الثانوية التجارية في بعض المدارس بمحافظات مصر من وجهة نظر المعلمين والطلاب؛ حيث تم إعداد استبانة لهذا الغرض، اشتملت على (54) عبارة، وتم توزيعها على عينة من المعلمين والطلاب بالمدارس الثانوية التجارية بمحافظتي القاهرة والمنوفية بلغ عددها (669) معلماً، و(1237) طالباً، وقد تم تحليل (631) استمارة صالحة للتحليل من المعلمين، و(1160) استمارة صالحة للتحليل من الطلاب. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود تدنٍ واضح في توافر الجدارات الإدارية الداعمة لتعليم الطلاب ريادة الأعمال لدى قيادات التعليم الثانوي التجاري في كل من محافظتي القاهرة والمنوفية، كما أظهرت النتائج توافر هذه الجدارات لدى قيادات المدارس الثانوية التجارية بمحافظة القاهرة بدرجة أعلى منها في محافظة المنوفية. وتم إعداد برنامج مقترح لتنمية الجدارات الإدارية لدى قيادات التعليم الثانوي التجاري الداعمة لتعليم الطلاب ريادة الأعمال، مشتملاً على الأهداف والمحتوى وأساليب وفنيات التدريب وأساليب التقويم. كما تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات على ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. The study aimed to prepare a proposed program to develop the managerial competencies of the leaders of commercial secondary education in support of student entrepreneurship education, and achieving this goal required determining the availability of these competencies among the leaders of commercial secondary schools in some schools in the governorates of Egypt from the viewpoint of teachers and students, where a questionnaire was prepared for this. The purpose, which included (54) items, was distributed to a sample of teachers and students in commercial secondary schools in the governorates of Cairo and Menoufia, totaling (669) teachers, (1237) students, and (631) teachers valid forms and (1160) students valid forms were analyzed. The results showed a clear decline in the availability of managerial competencies in support of student entrepreneurship education among leaders of commercial secondary education in both Cairo and Menoufia governorates. The results also showed the availability of these competencies among the leaders of commercial secondary schools in Cairo Governorate to a higher degree than in Menoufia Governorate. A proposed program was prepared to develop the managerial competencies of the commercial secondary education leaders in support of student entrepreneurship education, including objectives, content, training methods and techniques, and evaluation methods. In addition, a number of recommendations and proposals were presented in light of the study's findings. (Published abstract)
