استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى الوعي الوقائي من فيروس كورونا المستجد لدى طالبات جامعة شقراء، والتعرف على مصادر الحصول على المعلومات عن الوعي الوقائي من فيروس كورونا المستجد لدى طالبات جامعة شقراء، ومعرفة المشكلات التعليمية التي واجهت الطالبات نتيجة عدم الذهاب للجامعة بسبب كورونا. ومعرفة مدى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة نحو محاور الدراسة تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية. وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي. وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة من طالبات جامعة شقراء قوامها (286) طالبة، وتم جمع البيانات بواسطة استبانة تم إخضاعها لمقاييس الصدق والثبات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، أهمها: أن مستوى الوعي الوقائي لدى أفراد العينة حول فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد- 19) جاء بدرجة كبيرة. وتبين أن أهم المصادر للحصول على المعلومات عن فيروس كورونا المستجد تتمثل في: وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والرسائل النصية الواردة من الجهات الرسمية على الجوال، والمواقع الإلكترونية للصحف. كما اتضح أن أهم المشكلات التعليمية التي واجهت العينة في الدراسة نتيجة عدم الذهاب للجامعة بسبب فيروس كورونا المستجد تتمثل في: كثرة طلبات أساتذة المواد للتعويض عن المحاضرات، ومشكلات تقنية مثل بطء الإنترنت ومشكلات الحاسب الآلي، وقلة المعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها نتيجة عدم الذهاب للجامعة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الدراسة فيما يتعلق بمحور مصدر الحصول على المعلومات عن كورونا تعزى إلى العمر، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عينة الدراسة فيما بمحور مستوى الوعي الوقائي تعزى إلى من يعيش مع أفراد العينة معها. The study aimed to identify the level of preventive awareness of the emerging Corona virus among the students of Shaqra University, to identify sources for obtaining information about preventive awareness of the emerging Corona virus among female students of Shaqra University, and knowing the educational problems that students faced as a result of not going to the university due to Corona, as well knowing the extent of the existence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the sample members towards the study themes, due to the personal variables. Descriptive survey method used. The study applied to a sample of (286) female students from Shaqra University, and the data were collected by means of a questionnaire that subjected to measures of validity and reliability. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The level of preventive awareness of the respondents about the emerging Corona virus (Covid-19) was high degree. It turns out that the most important sources for obtaining information on the emerging Corona virus are: social media, text messages received from official authorities on mobile, and newspaper websites. It also showed that the most important educational problems the sample faced in the study as a result of not going to the university due to the new Corona virus are: the large number of professors' requests for materials to compensate for lectures, technical problems such as slow internet and computer problems, and the lack of information obtained as a result of not going to the university. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the study sample with regard to the themes of the source of information on Corona attributed to age, and statistically significant differences between the study samples with regard to the preventive awareness theme level attributable to those who live with the sample members.
