يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في مصر، وذلك من خلال الوقوف على مفهوم الذكاء الاستراتيجي، وأهميته، وأهدافه، ومكوناته، إلى جانب مفهوم الميزة التنافسية، وأهميتها في مؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي، ومداخلها، ومصادرها، واستراتيجياتها، بالإضافة إلى توضيح دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة بالمؤسسات التعليمية، علاوة على استكشاف الوضع التنافسي بهذه المؤسسات في مصر. واستُخدِم في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم الاستعانة بتحليل بيئة المدرسة الخاصة بنموذج بورتر لتحليل القوى التنافسية، علاوة على الاستعانة بأسلوب (PESTEL) للوقوف على تأثير عوامل البيئة الخارجية على المؤسسة التعليمية. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى تقديم رؤية استراتيجية يمكن من خلالها تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي على ضوء توظيف أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي. The current research aims to define the role of strategic intelligence in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in pre-university education institutions in Egypt by examining the concept of strategic intelligence, its importance, objectives and components, as well as the concept of sustainable competitive advantage and its importance in pre-university education institutions, and their approaches, sources and strategies, in addition to clarify the role of strategic intelligence in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in educational institutions, in addition to exploring the competitive position of these institutions in Egypt. The descriptive approach was used in this research, and the analysis of the school environment of Porter's model was used to analyze competitive forces, in addition to the use of (PESTEL) method to determine the effect of external environment factors on the educational institution., and the research reached to present a strategic vision through which to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in pre-university education institutions in light of employing the dimensions of strategic intelligence.
