هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى جاهزية جامعة دمنهور للتحول الرقمى، ورصد أبرز التحديات بها في ظل جائحة كورونا، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأداة الاستبانة، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغ عددها (482) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بجامعة دمنهور، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن المحور الثاني الخاص بصعوبات التحول الرقمي في جامعة دمنهور في ظل جائحة كورونا جاء في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة استجابة (88.94%) وهي نسبة توفر كبيرة، ثم جاء المحور الأول الخاص بمقومات التحول الرقمي في جامعة دمنهور في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة استجابة (56.92%) وهي نسبة توفر متوسطة، كما أوضحت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) على إجمالي محوري الاستبانة بحسب متغير المنصب الإداري (تولى منصب إداري - لم يتولَ منصب إداري)، ومتغير الكلية (عملية - نظرية - عملية نظرية)، بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على محور مقومات التحول الرقمي فقط تبعا لمتغير الدرجة (أستاذ - أستاذ مساعد -مدرس - مدرس مساعد - معيد)، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أستاذ. The current study aimed to identify the extent of Damanhour University's readiness for digital transformation, and to monitor the most prominent challenges in it in light of the Corona pandemic. The study used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire tool, which was applied to a stratified random sample of 482 members of the faculty and their assistants at the University of Damanhour, and the study reached results, the most important of which are: The second axis related to the difficulties of digital transformation at Damanhour University in light of the Corona pandemic came in first with a response rate (88.94%), which is a large availability rate, then the first axis related to the components of digital transformation at Damanhur University came in second place with a response rate (56.92%), which is Average availability. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at a significant level (0.05) on the total axes of the questionnaire according to the variable of the administrative position (holding a managerial position - not assuming a managerial position) and the college variable (process - theory - theoretical process), while the results showed that there are differences with statistical significance on the axis of the components of digital transformation only according to the degree variable (professor - assistant professor - lecturer - assistant lecturer - teaching assistant).
