تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة معوقات الأداء التدريسي التي تواجه معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات) بدولة الكويت، وإلى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الديموغرافية (المنطقة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة، التدريب) في الكشف عن درجة معوقات الأداء التدريسي التي تواجه معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مقترحات المشاركين في الدراسة لخفض معوقات الأداء التدريسي التي تواجه معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات). وقد طُبقت هذا الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (3674) معلما ومعلمة بالمرحلة الإبتدائية في جميع المناطق التعليمية الست بدولة الكويت، وقد استخدم الباحث استبياناً مكوناً من (55) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور كالتالي: التخطيط للدرس، بيئة التعلم، استراتيجيات التدريس، التقييم. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) أن معوقات الأداء التدريسي المتعلقة لمحاور الدراسة الأربعة (التخطيط للدرس، بيئة التعلم، استراتيجيات التدريس، التقييم) في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات) جاءت بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائية المشاركين في الدراسة. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05) في درجة معوقات الأداء التدريسي في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات) بدولة الكويت ترجع لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية لصالح المناطق التعليمية التالية: الأحمدي والجهراء والفروانية .3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05) في درجة معوقات الأداء التدريسي في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات) بدولة الكويت ترجع لمتغير الخبرة في (بيئة التعلم، استراتيجيات التدريس، التقييم)، بينما كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) لمحور (التخطيط للدرس) لصالح عدد السنوات الأقل خبرة. 4) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات المشاركين في الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05) في درجة معوقات الأداء التدريسي في ضوء المنهج الوطني الجديد (الكفايات) بدولة الكويت ترجع لمتغيرالتدريب لصالح عدد مرات التدريب الأقل. The purpose of this study was to determine the degree of teaching performance obstacles that facing elementary school teachers in the new national school curriculum (competencies) in the State of Kuwait. The study identified the differences between the participants in the degree of teaching performance obstacles that facing elementary school teachers in the new national school curriculum (competencies) in the State of Kuwait according to the variables: school district, years of experience, and training. The study also identified the participants' suggestions to reduce the obstacles of teaching performance facing elementary school teachers in the new national curriculum (competencies) in the State of Kuwait. The information for this study was collected by a questionnaire that was designed by the researcher and was conducted on a sample of (3674) elementary school teachers in main six school districts in the State of Kuwait. The result of the study indicated that: 1) The degree of teaching performance obstacles facing elementary school teachers in the new national school curriculum (competencies) in the State of Kuwait for the study factors (study planning, learning environment, teaching strategies, evaluation) is "Average". 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the participants in the degree of teaching performance obstacles facing elementary school teachers in the new national curriculum (competences) in Kuwait elementary school teachers according to school districts for the benefit of Ahmadi, Al-Jahra, and Farwaniya school districts. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the participants in the degree of teaching performance obstacles facing elementary school teachers in the new national curriculum (competences) in Kuwait elementary school teachers according to the years of experience in (learning environment, teaching strategies, evaluation) while the (lesson planning) was statistically significant differences for the benefit of less years of experience. 4) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the participants in the degree of teaching performance obstacles facing elementary school teachers in the new national curriculum (competences) in Kuwait elementary school teachers according to the training for the benefit of least times of training.
