هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية في محافظة حفرالباطن من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات فيها، ومقترحات التحسين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الأهداف وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (38) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها (364) معلم ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن: 1) درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية، جاء برجة ممارسة متوسطة. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (نوع الجنس، نوع المدرسة) على الأداة ككل، باستثناء متغير سنوات الخدمة، جاء لصالح فئة 10 سنوات فأكثر. 3) من أهم مقترحات تحسين درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية لدى قادة المدارس الثانوية في محافظة حفرالباطن، من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، هو أن يشارك قادة المدارس الثانوية المعلمين في بعض أعمالهم كحصص الانتظار وجدول المناوبات ، وقضاء وقت الاستراحة مع المعلمين. من أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1) التعريف بأساليب القيادة التشاركية ومجالاتها، لقادة المدارس والمعلمين، من خلال النشرات والدورات التدريبية وورش العمل، مما يثري المعرفة لديهم، لرفع درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية. 2) الاهتمام بمجال العلاقات الإنسانية في ممارسة القيادة التشاركية، من خلال قضاء وقت الاستراحة مع المعلمين، والتعامل معهم بعدالة، وتوفير مناخ عمل يسوده التفاهم والترابط، والإسهام بحل المشاكل البينية لدى المعلمين. The study aimed to identify the degree of participatory leadership practice among secondary school leaders in the Governorate of Hafar Al-Batin from the teachers' and female teachers’s point of view, and proposals for improvement, as the descriptive approach was used to achieve the goals and to develop a questionnaire consisting of (38) paragraphs distributed into (4) areas, applied to A random sample of (364) male and female teachers in secondary schools. The study found that: 1) The degree of participatory leadership practice among high school leaders, with a moderate degree of practice. 2) There are no statistically significant differences attributed to the study variables (gender, school type) on the tool as a whole, except for the years of service variable, which came in favor of the category of 10 years and more. 3) One of the most important proposals to improve the degree of participatory leadership practice among secondary school leaders in Hafar Al-Batin governorate, from the teachers' and female teachers’s point of view, is for high school leaders to participate with teachers in some of their work, such as waiting classes and shift schedules, and spending rest time with teachers. Among the most important recommendations of the study: 1) Introducing participatory leadership methods and fields to school leaders and teachers, through handouts, training courses and workshops, which enrich their knowledge, to raise the degree of participatory leadership practice. 2) Paying attention to the field of human relations in the practice of participatory leadership, by spending rest time with teachers, dealing with them fairly, providing a working environment dominated by understanding and interdependence, and contributing to solving the teachers' inter-problems.
