استهدفت الدراسة تحديد مقومات الأبحاث الإجرائية التي يصممها طلبة التربية الفنية المرشحون في المدارس الشريكة خلال ممارسات التدريب الميداني، والكشف عن أثر تطبيق الطلبة المرشحون للبحوث الإجرائية على أداء تلاميذهم في ممارسات التدريب الميداني، وأيضا قياس اتجاهات المرشحين والتلاميذ نحو مقومات الأبحاث الإجرائية، وأدوارها في إثراء الفكر والمعرفة في ممارسات التربية الفنية المعاصرة. وقد ارتبطت هذه الأهداف بطبيعة منظومة معايير مجلس اعتماد مؤسسات إعداد التربويين (CAEP) وتأكيدها على مدى تأثير برنامج إعداد الطلبة المعلمين على تعلم التلاميذ بالمدارس وتطورهم .وفي سبيل ذلك قام الباحثون ببناء أداتين بحثيتين وهما مقياس اتجاه الطلبة المرشحون نحو تطبيقات البحث الإجرائي خلال التدريب الميداني بالمدارس، حيث تضمن المقياس (40) فقرة موزعة على أربع محاور رئيسية، واستبانة مقياس اتجاه التلاميذ نحو تطبيقات البحث الإجرائي ومستوى إقبالهم نحو فكرة البحث ونحو المادة بوجه عام، وقد تضمن المقياس (26) فقرة تتطلب الاستجابة من قبل هؤلاء المتعلمين بعد الانتهاء من فاعليات البحث الإجرائي معهم. وتم التطبيق مع عينة من الطلبة عددهم (27) طالبا وطالبة. وكذلك عينة من تلاميذ المدارس على اختلاف حلقاتها بمحافظة مسقط ممن تم تطبيق الأبحاث الإجرائية خلالهم، بلغ قوامها (438) تلميذاً وتلميذة في 15 مدرسة بمحافظة مسقط. وقد أسفرت أهم نتائج الدراسة عن عدة جوانب في البحوث الاجرائية يمكن أن تسهم في تطوير أساليب التعليم والتعلم في مجالات التربية الفنية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات كان أهمها العمل على موائمة البحث الإجرائي مع مخرجات برنامج التربية الفنية المتخصص. The study aimed to determine the potential of action researches designed by art education candidate students in the partner schools during the field experiences in order to detect the impact of the candidate students' implementations of the potential of action researches on their pupils’ performance in the field experiences. The study also aimed to measuring the attitudes of candidates and pupils towards the applications of action researches and their roles in enriching thinking and knowledge of contemporary art education practices. These objectives were associated with the standards of the Council for Accreditation of Educators Preparation (CAEP) and its focus on the impact of the teacher preparation program on student learning and development at schools. For this purpose, the researchers designed two research instruments in order to measure the candidate’s attitude towards the implementations of the potential of action research during the school based field experience. The first research instrument consisted of (40) items distributed on four main clusters and the second instrument was a questionnaire, which consisted of (26) items for measuring the pupils' attitude towards the applications of action research and its impact on their level of understanding. This research was implemented on a sample, which consisted of (27) male and female candidates, as well as a sample, which consisted of (438) pupils distributed over (15) schools in the Muscat Governorate, Sultanate of Oman. The most important results of the study revealed several aspects of action research implementation to develop different teaching and learning strategies in the disciplines of art education. The study recommended associating and aligning action research with the art education program learning outcomes. (Published abstract)
