شهد العالم العديد من التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية وغيرها عبر العصور المختلفة، ومع ظهور الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، تم فتح العديد من آفاق التطوير وأساليب حديثة لتحقيق الجودة في المؤسسات المختلفة، فقد ظهر مصطلح جديد مرتبط بهذه الثورة الحديثة يسمى بـ الجيل الرابع من الجودة (Quality 4.0)، وتُعد القيادة التشاركية من أنماط القيادة الحديثة التي تحتاجها إدارة مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة والرفع من مستوى الأداء وتحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة بها. وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1) التعرف على الأسس النظرية للقيادة التشاركية التي قد تسهم في تحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة بمؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. 2) تحديد مقومات القيادة التشاركية لتحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. 3) التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. 4) تحديد خطوات تحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي. 5) وضع آليات إجرائية مقترحة لتحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي على ضوء القيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت أحد أساليب الدراسات المستقبلية، وهو أسلوب دلفي (Delphi Technique)، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وضع آليات إجرائية مقترحة لتحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي علي ضوء القيادة التشاركية من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية من أساتذة الجامعات المصرية، والتعرف على أهم المعوقات، وتحديد متطلبات التغلب على معوقات تحقيق الجيل الرابع من الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم الجامعى على ضوء القيادة التشاركية. The world has witnessed many transformations through different ages, and with the emergence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, many development prospects and modern methods of achieving quality in different institutions were opened, A new term related to this modern revolution appeared called (Quality 4.0), participative leadership is one of the modern leadership styles needed by the management of university education institutions to achieve the desired goals, raise the level of performance and achieve the fourth generation of quality in it. The study aimed to the following: 1) Identify the theoretical foundations of participative leadership that may contribute to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions. 2) Identify the components of participative leadership to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions. 3) Define the conceptual framework for the quality 4.0 in university education institutions. 4) Determine the steps to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions. 5) Present proposed procedural mechanisms to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions in the light of participative leadership from the viewpoint of education experts. The descriptive method was used in the study, as it used one of the methods of future studies, which is the Delphi Technique, the important results of the study is to present proposed procedural mechanisms to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions in the light of participative leadership from the viewpoint of education experts from Egyptian university professors, identify the most important obstacles, and to define the requirements for overcoming obstacles to achieve the quality 4.0 in university education institutions in the light of participative leadership.
