استهدف البحث بناء برنامج مقترح في فلسفة التربية عند جون ديوي، والتحقق من فاعليته في تنمية التنور التربوي ومستوي الطموح الأكاديمي لدي الطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعدت الباحثة الآتي: قائمة بأبعاد التنور التربوي، وقائمة بأبعاد مستوي الطموح الأكاديمي التي يجب توافرها لدي الطلاب المعلمين بشعبة الفلسفة، واختبار لأبعاد التنور التربوي، ومقياسا لأبعاد مستوي الطموح الأكاديمي، وتم بناء البرنامج المقترح في فلسفة التربية عند جون ديوي. وتم تطبيق البرنامج علي مجموعة من الطلاب المعلمبن بالفرقة الأولي بشعبة الفلسفة وعددهم (30) طالباً، قد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، بتطبيق أداتا البحث قبليا ثم تنفيذ البرنامج المقترح وتطبيق أداتا البحث بعدياً على نفس العينة، وطبق البرنامج بواقع أربع ساعات أسبوعياً، وقد كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات مجموعة البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي في اختبار أبعاد التنور التربوي ومقياس أبعاد مستوي الطموح الأكاديمي لصالح القياس البعدي ككل. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اقترحت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات. The research aimed to build a proposed program in the philosophy of education for John Dewey, and to verify its effectiveness in developing educational enlightenment and the level of academic ambition among the student teachers at the College of Education, to achieve this goal, the researcher prepared the following: a list of the dimensions of the educational enlightenment, and a list of the dimensions of the level of academic ambition that must be met by students teachers in the Division of Philosophy, a test of the dimensions of educational enlightenment, and a measure of the dimensions of the level of academic ambition, the program was applied to a group of (30) students educated in the first division of the Philosophy Division, the researcher used the semi-experimental approach for the same group, by applying the tools before, then implementing the proposed program and applying the tools afterwards to the same sample, And the program was implemented 14 hours four hours a week. The results of the research revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research group in the pre and post measurements in the educational enlightenment dimension test and the dimension of the academic ambition level in favor of the dimensional measurement as a whole, In light of the research results, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations.
