هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن أثر التفاعل بين نمطي الدعم (الثابت/ المرن) ببيئة الوسائط الإلكترونية الفائقة ومستوى الدافعية للتعلم (المرتفعة/ المنخفضة) على تنمية التحصيل المعرفي، ومهارات إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة باستخدام برنامج الفلاش، والانخراط في التعلم لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم. تم الاعتماد على التصميم التجريبي (2×2) الذي يهتم بقياس أثر متغيرين مستقلين، وهما نمطي الدعم (الثابت/ المرن)، ومستوى الدافعية للتعلم (المرتفعة/ المنخفضة) ببيئة الوسائط الإلكترونية الفائقة، على المتغيرات التابعة وهي التحصيل الدراسي، ومهارات إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة، والانخراط في التعلم. تمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي، وبطاقة تقييم منتج، ومقياس الانخراط في التعلم. وتكونت عينة البحث من 102 طالباً وطالبة وتم تقسيمهم إلي أربع مجموعات حسب نمطي الدعم ومستوى الدافعية للتعلم. وتم استخدام برنامج SPSS لاختبار فروض البحث. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: وجود تأثير لنمطي الدعم ببيئة الوسائط الإلكترونية الفائقة لصالح الدعم المرن وأنه أفضل من الدعم الثابت لتنمية التحصيل المعرفي، ومهارات إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة، والانخراط في التعلم؛ وأنه يوجد تأثير أيضاً لمستوى الدافعية للتعلم لصالح الطلاب ذوي مستوى الدافعية للتعلم المرتفعة بأنهم أفضل من ذوي مستوى الدافعية المنخفضة عند تنمية التحصيل المعرفي، ومهارات إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة، والانخراط في التعلم ؛ ووجود تأثير للتفاعل بين نمطي الدعم ومستوى الدافعية للتعلم ببيئة الوسائط الإلكترونية الفائقة على تنمية التحصيل المعرفي، ومهارات إنتاج الرسوم المتحركة، والانخراط في التعلم لصالح المجموعة ذات مستوى الدافعية المرتفعة في المرتبة الأولى ثم المجموعة ذات مستوى الدافعية المنخفضة الذين استخدموا نمط الدعم المرن. The current research aimed to detected effect of interaction between the two support patterns (stable/ adaptable) in the electronic hypermedia environment and the level of motivation for learning (high/ low) on the development of animation skills and engaging in learning for educational technology students. It has been relayed on experimental design based on (2 × 2) was used to measure the effect of two independent variables, which are the two support patterns (stable/ adaptable), and the level of motivation for learning (high/ low) of the electronic hypermedia environment, on the dependent variables, which are cognitive achievement, and the animation skills and engaging in learning. Research tools consisted of achievement test, product assessment card, and a measure of Engagement in learning. The research sample consisted of 102 students, and they were divided into four groups according to two support patterns and the level of motivation for learning. It has been used SPSS program to test hypotheses. The search results explained that: there is an effect of support patterns in the electronic hypermedia environment in favor of adaptable support is better than stable support, on the development of animation skills and engaging in learning; and that there is also an effect of the level of motivation for learning in favor of students with a higher level of motivation to learn that they are better than those with low motivation on the development of animation skills and engaging in learning; and the an effect of an interaction between the two and the two support patterns in the electronic hypermedia environment and the level of motivation for learning on the development of animation skills and engaging in learning the high level of motivation is first and then the group with the low motivation level who used the adaptable support pattern.
