هدف البحث إلى عرض وتحليل الإطار المفاهيمي لإدارة الأزمات بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والتعرف على واقع إدارة أزمة كوفيد 19 بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتحديد أهم المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19، وطرح تصور مقترح لإدارة أزمة كوفيد 19 بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة موجهة إلى مديري ومعلمات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال، بغرض الوقوف على المشكلات التي تواجه مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ظل أزمة كوفيد 19، وسبل التغلّب عليها، وتم التطبيق على عيّنة من مديري ومعلمات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال ببعض مراكز محافظة الشرقية بلغ عددها (305) مديرة ومعلمة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لم يكن هناك تدريب مسبق على إدارة الأزمات بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، فجاءت أزمة كوفيد 19 فجأة وبقوة شديدة افقدت رياض الأطفال توازنها، فغياب التخطيط المسبق كان سبباً في تعمق الأزمة، فمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في أمس الحاجة إلى التدريب المسبق على الإدارة الفعالة للأزمات حتى يتسنى لها التعامل بحرفية شديدة مع أزمة كوفيد 19 وغيرها من الأزمات التي قد تحدث في المستقبل. وقد أوصى البحث إلى إنشاء وحدة متخصصة لإدارة أزمة كوفيد 19 ونشر ثقافة إدارة الأزمات بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، والتدريب المستمر للعاملين بمؤسسات رياض الاطفال على إدارة الأزمات بصفة عامة وإدارة أزمة كوفيد 19 بصفة خاصة، وتأهيل المعلمات للقيام بأدوارهم الجديدة في مرحلة ما بعد كوفيد 19، وتوفير وتطوير البنية التحتية والتكنولوجية من شبكات الربط الالكتروني والانترنت مع تبني فكرة التعلم المزدوج الذي يجمع بين التعلم التقليدي والتعلم عن بعد. The aim of the research is to present and analyze the conceptual framework of crisis management in kindergarten institutions, to identify the reality of managing the Covid-19 crisis in kindergarten institutions, and to identify the most important Problems facing kindergarten institutions in the light of the Covid-19 crisis, and Providing a suggested proposal for managing the Covid 19 crisis in kindergarten institutions. The current research used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher did a questionnaire administered to the managers and teachers of kindergarten institutions with the purpose of knowing the problems which face kindergarten institutions and the ways of overcoming them. The sample reached (305) teachers and managers in some centers of the Sharkia Governorate. The results of the study indicated that there was no prior training on crisis management in kindergarten institutions, so the Covid-19 crisis came suddenly and with great force, kindergartens lost their balance. The absence of prior planning has deepened the crisis. Kindergarten institutions are in need of prior training on effective crisis management in order to be able to deal very professionally with the Covid-19 crisis and other crises that may occur in the future. The research recommended the establishment of a specialized unit to manage the Covid-19 crisis, and continuous training for workers in kindergarten institutions to manage crises in general and the Covid 19 crisis in particular, and qualifying teachers to play their new roles in the post-Covid 19 stage, and providing and developing infrastructure and technology from Networks and the Internet with the adoption of the idea of dual learning that combines traditional learning and distance learning.
