The contemporary family should actively participate with its children's schools because of its positive and vital implications for the future education, preparation and personality of the child. Therefore, this study aims at the importance of activating the relationship between the family and the kindergarten, increasing the channels of communication between them, and to identify the level of psychological satisfaction of families about the teachers and educational services provided to the child in kindergarten. The sample of the study consisted of 767 parents who answered two questionnaires prepared specifically to achieve the objectives of the study, one was to measure communication and interaction between the family and kindergarten, and the other was to measure the level of psychological satisfaction in parents about teachers and kindergartens. The researchers adopted the correlational survey method as the most appropriate approach to the study topic. After verifying the validity and reliability of the study tools, the questionnaires were dealt with through the Statistical Program SPSS. The results of the study found: 1) a moderate level of interaction and communication between parents and kindergartens in Kuwait, 2) a moderate level of psychological satisfaction among parents towards kindergartens in Kuwait, 3) statistically significant differences between the overall degree of interaction and the total degree of psychological satisfaction among parents, 4) for the study variables, there are statistically significant differences for the male gender variable in favor of psychological satisfaction, and the variable of the qualification of the higher qualification for the higher qualifications. The researchers cited a number of recommendations in the light of the study's findings. (Published abstract)
