هدف البحث الكشف عن أسباب وقوع الأزمات التعليمية بالروضات المصرية، والكشف عن واقع إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بالروضات (أزمة كورونا نموذجا)، والكشف عن الاستراتيجيات المتطلبة لإدارة الأزمات التعليمية بالروضات (أزمة كورونا نموذجا)، مع وضع مقترحات تساعد في إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بالروضات. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يهتم بدراسة واقع إدارة الأزمات التعليمية بالروضات، واستراتيجيات إدارة الأزمات في الروضات، وتكونت عينة البحث من معلمات ومديرات الروضات الحكومية والخاصة بمحافظة الجيزة، وتمثلت أداة البحث في إعداد استبانة حول " استراتيجية إدارة الأزمات في الروضات (أزمة كورونا نموذجا)، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على معلمات ومديرات الروضات الحكومية والخاصة. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن دور معلمات الروضات في مواجهة الأزمة جاء في المرتبة الأولي بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة، يليه المتطلبات المادية والمهارية لمواجهة الأزمة، ويليه دور إدارة الروضة في مواجهة الأزمة وكلاهما بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة، وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة معوقات إدارة الأزمات داخل الروضات بدرجة ممارسة ضعيفة. وفي نهاية البحث قامت الباحثتان بوضع استراتيجية مقترحة تساعد في مواجهة الأزمات التعليمية داخل الروضة (أزمة كورونا نموذجا). The aim of the research is to uncover the causes of educational crises in the Egyptian kindergartens, to reveal the reality of educational crisis management in kindergartens (the Corona crisis as a model), to uncover the strategies required to manage educational crises in kindergartens (the Corona crisis as a model), and to develop proposals that help in managing educational crises in kindergartens. The two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach that is concerned with studying the reality of educational crisis management in kindergartens, and crisis management strategies in kindergartens, and the research sample consisted of teachers and directors of government and private kindergartens in Giza Governorate, and the research tool consisted in preparing a questionnaire on “Crisis Management Strategy in Kindergartens (Corona Crisis as an example) And that is through an applied study on governmental and private kindergarten teachers and directors. The results of the research found that the role of kindergarten teachers in facing the crisis came in the first rank, with a moderate degree of practice, followed by the material and skill requirements to face the crisis, followed by the role of kindergarten management in facing the crisis, and both of them with a medium degree of practice, and the obstacles to crisis management within kindergartens came in the last rank with a low degree of practice. At the end of the research, the two researchers developed a suggested strategy that would help in facing the educational crises inside the kindergarten (the Corona crisis as a model).
