استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للقيادة الأخلاقية وتأثيرها على تفاعل طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية من وجهة نظر الطالبات، وأثر بعض المتغيرات في ذلك، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة طبقت على عينة تألفت من (805) طلاب وطالبات. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للقيادة الأخلاقية ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة وجاء في الترتيب الأول السلوكيات الإدارية الأخلاقية بدرجة كبيرة، تليها الخصائص الشخصية الأخلاقية بدرجة كبيرة، وأخيرا العلاقات الإنسانية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن درجة تفاعل الطالبات ككل جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الخصائص الشخصية الأخلاقية والسلوكيات الإدارية الأخلاقية والقيادة الأخلاقية ككل تعزى لمتغير التخصص، بينما لا توجد فروق حول العلاقات الإنسانية وتفاعل الطالبات. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق حول القيادة الأخلاقية ككل وجميع أبعادها وتفاعل الطالبات تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية، بينما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير المعدل التراكمي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بدرجة قوية بين القيادة الأخلاقية ككل وجميع أبعادها وتفاعل الطالبات. The study aimed to identify the degree of the faculty members ’practice of moral leadership and its effect on the interaction of students of the College of Basic Education from the students’ point of view, and the effect of some variables in that. The study used the descriptive approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire applied to a sample consisting of (805) students. The results showed that the degree of the faculty members’ practice of moral leadership as a whole came to a large degree, and the ethical management behaviors came first to a large degree, followed by the ethical personal characteristics to a large degree, and finally the human relations and to a moderate degree, and that the degree of interaction of the students as a whole came to a large degree. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample individuals on the ethical personal characteristics, the ethical managerial behaviors and the moral leadership as a whole due to specialization variable, while there are no differences about the human relations and the interaction of the students. The results also indicated that there are differences about the moral leadership as a whole and all its dimensions and the interaction of the students due to year variable, while there are no differences attributable due to GPA variable, and the results also showed a strong statistically significant correlation between the moral leadership as a whole and all its dimensions and the interaction of the students.
