هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على ظاهرة التنمر في ضوء حقوق الطفل، والكشف عن واقع التنمر ضد الطفل في ضوء حقوقه من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، وتقديم رؤية مقترحة لمواجهة التنمر ضد الطفل في ضوء حقوق الطفل. واتبع المنهج الوصفي للإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث النهائية من (130) من أولياء أمور أطفال الروضات بإدارة حلوان التعليمية وإدارة المعادي التعليمية، مقسمين إلى: (84) ولي أمر من الروضات الحكومية، و(46) ولي أمر من الروضات الخاصة، واستخدمت الباحثة استبانة، موجهه إلى أولياء الأمور الأطفال برياض الأطفال في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة للتعرف على وجهة نظرهم حول واقع التنمر ضد أطفالهم في ضوء حقوق الطفل. تشير نتائج البحث إلى وجود ممارسات تدل على أن التنمر الاجتماعي اتجاه طفل رياض الأطفال يأتي في المرتبة الأولى، يليه التنمر اللفظي في المرتبة الثانية، وجاء التنمر الجسدي في المرتبة الثالثة للاستبانة ككل؛ كما جاء التنمر الإلكتروني في المرتبة الرابعة للاستبانة ككل؛ أي أن عينة البحث تؤكد على وجود عدة ممارسات تتدرج من التنمر الاجتماعي ثم التنمر اللفظي، ومن بعدهما التنمر الجسدي، وأخيراً التنمر الإلكتروني في عدة ممارسات منها: السخرية من الطفل بواسطة زملاءه على الإنترنت، ويعنفه زملاؤه عند محادثته على الإنترنت، ويكتب زملاءه عبارات سخرية منه على الإنترنت، كما تنتشر السيطرة عليه من زملاءه على الإنترنت، ممارسات أخرى بشكل أقل تكراراً كأن ينشر زميل الطفل إشاعات حوله على الإنترنت. The aim of the current research is to identify the phenomenon of bullying in light of the rights of the child, to uncover the reality of bullying against the child in his rights from the point of view of parents, and to present a vision to confront the light of bullying against the child. He followed the descriptive approach to answer the research questions, and printed a sample of the final questions from (130) parents of the children of the Helwan Kindergarten Department and the Maadi Educational Administration, divided into: (84) a parent from the government kindergarten, and (46) a parent from the private kindergarten, The researcher used a questionnaire addressed to parents of children in kindergartens in public schools and to identify their viewpoint on the reality of bullying their children’s child in light of the rights of the child. Search results indicate practices show in the first place, followed by bullying in the first place, it came in third place bullying, ranking ranked; the ranking came fourth for the whole questionnaire. A sample of experiences that are included in experiments that are graded through practices that have their flaws, and after that, social bullying in criteria including: mockery of the child by his colleagues on the Internet, his colleagues write on the Internet, and his colleagues write.
