يعد اضطراب التوحد بمثابة اضطراب عصبي ونمائي عام أو متنشر يلازم الفرد مدى حياته، وتصاحبه العديد من أوجه القصور في كافة جوانب النمو. وتتوقف كافة أنماط التعامل والتدخل اللاحقة مع الأطفال على تشخيص الاضطراب الذي يتم حالياً في إطار الدليل التشخيصي الخامس DSM-V. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إعداد وتطوير مقياس تشخيصي لاضطراب التوحد وفق DSM-V يمكن استخدامه من جانب الأخصائيين والمعلمين وأولياء الأمور لهذا الغرض. وضمت العينة مائة طفل من ذوي اضطراب التوحد من المترددين على المراكز المتخصصة لتلقي الخدمة في مدن الزقازيق وفاقوس والحسينية بمحافظة الشرقية ممن تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية بين ٦- ١٢ سنة. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ومقياس تشخيص أعراض اضطراب التوحد وفق DSM-V الذي أعده الباحثان. وأسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عن تمتع هذا المقياس بخصائص سيكومترية تجعل من الممكن الوثوق فيه والاعتداد به، ووجود معايير تمكن من تفسير درجات الأطفال عليه، وتصنيفهم إلى فئات محددة وفقاً لذلك فضلا عن التمكن من خلال مثل هذه المعايير من تحديد نسب ومستويات احتمال حدوث اضطراب التوحد بين الأطفال. وانتهت الدراسة إلى صلاحية استخدام هذا المقياس لتشخيص اضطراب التوحد بين الأطفال. Autism is a general or widespread neurodevelopmental disorder that accompanies an individual throughout his entire life. It is also accompanied by many deficiencies in all aspects of growth. All subsequent patterns of treatment and intervention with children depend on the diagnosis of the disorder currently performed under the DSM-V. This study aims to prepare and develop an autism diagnostic scale according to the DSM-V that can be used by specialists, teachers, and parents for this purpose. The sample included 100 autistic children who visit centers to receive service in the cities of Zagazig, Faqous, and Al-Husayneya in the Sharqiyah governorate. They are aged between 6 and 12 years. The study used the descriptive approach and the DSM-V diagnostic scale of autism prepared by the researchers. The study results showed the fact that this measure has psychometric characteristics that make it possible to trust and invoke it. The study also showed that the scale has criteria on which children can be interpreted and classified into specific categories accordingly, as well as to determine, through such criteria, the ratios and levels of probability of autism disorder among children. The study concluded that it is valid to use this measure to diagnose autism in children. (Published abstract)
