هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادية المدرسية في تحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلم في مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف من (5-9) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، مستخدما في ذلك المنهج الوصفي. وسعت الى الكشف عن الفروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلم في مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف من (5-9) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، وفقا للمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات الخبرة ). في ضوء ذلك، تمّ اختيار عينة قصدية من مديري، ومدير مساعد مدارس التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة شمال الباطنة وعددهم (119) موزعين بين (87) مدير مدرسة و (32) مدير مساعد، حيث قام الباحث بتصميم الاستبانة بعد الرجوع للأدبيات النظرية والدراسات السابقة ذات العلاقة بتحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلم في المدرسة. وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: أن دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلم في مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف من (5-9) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، جاءت بدرجة تقدير عالية جدا. كما بينت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي (ذكر/ أنثى) حول دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلم في مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف من (5-9) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة في جميع محاور الدراسة، عدا المحور الأول: الرؤية المستقبلية لعملية التعليم والتعلّم، لصالح الإناث. وكذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى الى المسمى الوظيفي وسنوات الخبرة في جميع محاور الدراسة، عدا المحور الأول: الرؤية المستقبلية لعملية التعليم والتعلّم، جاءت لصالح مدير مساعد. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين جودة عمليات التعليم والتعلّم في مدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف من (5-9) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة في جميع محاور الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the role of school leadership in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in basic education schools for grades (5-9) in the North Al Batinah Governorate, using the descriptive approach, and it sought to uncover the differences in the responses of the study sample individuals to the role of school leadership in improving The quality of teaching and learning processes in basic education schools for grades (5-9) in North Al Batinah Governorate, according to the variables (gender, job title, and years of experience). In light of this, an intentional sample was chosen from the principals and assistant principal of basic education schools in the North Al-Batinah governorate, their number (119) distributed between (87) school principals and (32) assistant directors, where the researcher designed the questionnaire after consulting the theoretical literature and previous studies related to improving the quality of operations Teaching and learning in school, and the study resulted in the following results: The role of school leadership in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in basic education schools for grades (5-9) in North Al Batinah Governorate came with a very high grade. As the study showed, there are no statistically significant differences for the gender variable (male / female) about the role of school leadership in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in basic education schools for grades (5-9) in Al Batinah North Governorate in all study axes, except for the first axis: the future vision of the process teaching and learning, for the benefit of females. Likewise, there are no statistically significant differences due to job title and years of experience in all study axes, except for the first axis: the future vision of the teaching and learning process, which came in favor of an assistant director. There are no statistically significant differences in the study sample estimates about the role of school leadership in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes in educational schools. Basic education for grades (5-9) in North Al Batinah Governorate, attributed to years of experience in all study axes. The researcher recommended supporting school leaderships for senior leaders in the Ministry of Education and spreading the culture of change and development in the work environment in order to achieve the goals of the school performance development system.
