مع ازدياد الأزمات وتأثيراتها على الأفراد والمجتمعات أصبح التدخل النفسي القائم على امتلاك المرشد لمهارات تمكنه من مساعدة المسترشد على استعادة صحته النفسية والتعامل مع الأزمات الطارئة من الضروريات والفروع المهمة في مجال الإرشاد والصحة النفسية. وتهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس إرشاد الأزمات المعدّ حديثا لقياس قدرة مقدميّ الإرشاد أين ما كان مكان عملهم والوقوف على مدى إلمامهم بمتطلبات دورهم المهني في وقت الأزمات، وبلغ حجم العينة 320 مشاركا من الجنسين ومختلف الأعمار ولقد تنوعت خلفياتهم العلمية وسنوات الخبرة. واسفرت النتائج عن تمتع عبارات المقياس (23 مفردة) بدرجة ممتازة من الاتساق الداخلي (الفأ = 0.895) وعن ارتباط مرتفع بين عبارات كل بعد والبعد نفسه وعن ارتباط مرتفع أيضا بين درجات الابعاد الأربعة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس. بينما لم تتطابق نتائج التحليل العاملي مع نتائج الصدق الظاهري والبنائي، مما يؤكد على ضرورة إعادة تطبيق المقياس على عينات أكبر للتحقق من موثوقية التحليل العاملي. وفي ضوء هذه الخصائص السيكومترية يمكن استخدام المقياس بحذر، مع الحاجة إلى المزيد من التحقق. With the increase in crises and their effects on individuals and societies, psychological intervention based on the counsellors’ possession of skills that enables them to help the clients to restore their mental health and deal with emergency crises, which is one of the necessities and important branches in the field of counseling and mental health. The current study aims to validate the psychometric properties of the newly prepared crisis counseling scale, measuring the ability of counseling providers, wherever their workplace was, and the extent of their familiarity with the requirements of their professional role in times of crises. The sample size reached 320 participants of different genders and ages, with various scientific backgrounds and years of experience. The results revealed that the scale (23 items) have an excellent degree of internal consistency (Alpha =0.895), a high correlation between the items of each dimension and the same dimension, and a high correlation also between the four dimensions' degrees of the total degree of the scale. While the results of the factor analysis did not match the results of the apparent and constructive validity, which confirms the need to re-apply the scale to larger samples to verify the reliability of the factor analysis. In the light of these psychometric properties, the scale can be used with caution, although further investigation is needed. (Published abstract)
