هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي (5-10) في محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان، والكشف عمّا إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي (5-10) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغيري النوع وسنوات الخبرة، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في مدارس الصفوف (5-10) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة، سلطنة عمان خلال العام الدراسي 2020/2019 والبالغ عددهم 3293 معلما ومعلمة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة 329 معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وقد أعد الباحث استبانة مكونة من 35 فقرة لجمع البيانات. وأهم ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: 1) درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف (5- 10) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة بدرجة "متوسطة" بمتوسط حسابي (3.39) وبانحراف معياري (0.55). 2) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف (5- 10) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، لصالح الإناث. 3) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة بمدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف (5- 10) بمحافظة شمال الباطنة في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح عينة الدراسة ذوي الخبرتين؛ من 10 إلى 20 سنة، وأكثر من 20 سنة في جميع محاور الدراسة. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة، أوصت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات منها: حث إدارات المدارس التعليم الأساسي للصفوف (5-10) على ممارسة القيادة الموزّعة، لما تحققه من سهولة وسرعة في إنجاز الأعمال، والعمل على تنفيذ دورات تدريبية، وورش عمل لإكساب مديري المدارس مهارات القيادة الموزّعة، وحث مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي للقيام بتبادل الزيارات فيما بينهم، لتبادل الخبرات الإدارية، وإجراء دراسات حول العلاقة بين القيادة الموزّعة والإبداع الإداري لمديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي، وإجراء دراسات حول أسلوب القيادة الإدارية وأثره على الفعالية الإنتاجية بمدارس التعليم الأساسي. This study aimed to identify the degree of leadership practice distributed in basic education schools (5-10) in the Al Batinah North Governorate, Sultanate of Oman And reveal whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of leadership practice distributed in basic education schools (5-10) in the North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to gender variables and years of experience, using the descriptive approach. The study population consists of male and female teachers in grades (5-10) schools in Al Batinah North Governorate, Sultanate of Oman during the academic year 2020/19, and they numbered 3293 male and female teachers, and the study sample reached 329 male or female teachers, Their choice is by simple random method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of 35 paragraphs to collect data, and the most important findings of the study. 1) The degree of leadership practice distributed in basic education schools for grades (5-10) in the Al-Batinah North Governorate is medium. 2) There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the Averages of the sample member’s responses to the practice of distributed leadership in basic education schools for grades (5-10) in North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the gender variable, in favor of females. 3) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between the Averages of the sample individuals responses to the degree of leadership exercise distributed in basic education schools for grades (5-10) in North Al Batinah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman due to the variable of years of experience, and the differences came in favor of the study sample with two experiences; 10 to 20 years and more than 20 years in all areas of study. In light of the previous results, the study recommended a set of the most active and proposals together: Urging school administrations, basic education, for grades (5-10) to practice distributed leadership, because of the ease and speed with which they accomplish work, And work to implement training courses and workshops to provide school principals with distributed leadership skills, and Principals of basic education schools check to exchange visits between themselves, to exchange administrative experiences And conducting studies on the relationship between distributed leadership and administrative creativity of principals of basic education schools, and conducting studies on the method of administrative leadership and its impact on productive effectiveness in basic education schools.
