يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مجال ممارسة القيادة الإيجابية العامة الإيجابية والرغبة في رؤية معلمات الحلقة الثالثة (الثانوية) بالمدارس الحكومية في مجال الرضا الوظيفي ووجهة نظرهم وفضاء الخبرة. حقق أهداف البحث لأفضل النتائج من (60) فقرة. ونتائج البحث وهي استبانة مكونة من (60) فقرة. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة الممارسة الإيجابية للقيادة لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في جميع المجالات كانت (بدرجة عالية)، بينما كانت درجة الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظرهم. كانت النظرة في جميع المجالات (بدرجة عالية)، باستثناء مجال (طبيعة العمل)، وجاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما كشفت النتائج عن ارتباط إيجابي بين تقييم درجة الممارسة القيادية الإيجابية بين مديري مدارس التعليم العام ككل والمستوى العام للرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. The aim of the research is to uncover the field of practicing positive general positive leadership and the desire in the viewpoint of the third cycle (secondary) teachers in government schools in the job satisfaction area, their point of view, and the space of experience. He achieved the search objectives for the best results from (60) paragraphs. And search results, A questionnaire consisting of (60) items. The results of the research showed that the degree of positive leadership practice among public school principals through the teachers ’point of view in all fields was (with a high degree), while the level of job satisfaction among public education school teachers from their point of view in all fields was (with a high degree), except in the field of (The nature of work), it came with a moderate degree, and the results also revealed a positive correlation between the evaluation of the degree of positive leadership practice among public education school principals as a whole and the overall level of job satisfaction of teachers from their viewpoint.
