The study aimed at identifying the reality of using (LMS) for teaching subjects of Master in Curriculum and Instruction of Religious Sciences from the viewpoint of staff members and postgraduate students in Qassim university. The researcher used the descriptive method to clarify the (LMS) difficulties then identifying the suggestions that improve the teaching practices for using LMSvia a questionnaire. The study sample included 10 teaching staff and 15 religious sciences students. The study obtained many results: there are not any differences with statistically significant in the responses of postgraduate students of study sample about (reality- obstacles- suggestions) of using LMS in the master of curriculum and instruction of religious sciences due to the difference (genderstudy level). There aren’t any differences with statistically significant in the responses of postgraduate students of study sample about (reality-obstaclessuggestions) of using LMS in the master of curriculum and instruction of religious sciences due to the difference (gender-experience- scientific rank). There are differences with statistical significance at the level 0.05 in the responses of staff members study sample as for (the reality - experience yearsscientific rank). There are differences with statistical significance at the level 0.05 in the responses of Staff members' study sample as for (use reality) due to the difference of (accurate major) and the differences for the major master of curriculum and instruction of religious sciences. There are not any differences with statistically significant in the responses of staff members of study sample about (obstacles - suggestions) of using LMS in Master of curriculum and instruction of religious sciences due to the difference (accurate major).
