The study aimed to develop a proposed image for developing electronic services at King Saud University in the light of the criteria for the classification of webometrics and used the descriptive approach through relying on the questionnaire as a tool of study that applied as a sample of faculty members at King Saud University as the amount of (304) faculty members. The study reached a set of results, including the reality of the quality of electronic services at King Saud University from the viewpoint of faculty members with a great degree of approval with an average score of (3.94); the study also found that the obstacles to the quality of electronic services at dalek Saud University from the viewpoint of members, the faculty represented in the weakness of the media and advertising systems for electronic services that the university provides to faculty members, the absence of a clear and announced plan for the electronic services provided by the university to the faculty members, the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the faculty members response at King Saud University about the reality of electronic services Saudi universities was attributed to the variables (academic degree, type of college, and years of service), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended that the university should develop its media and advertising programs to introduce the services it provides to faculty members and that its focus on feedback on the extent of the faculty’s satisfaction with the services provided to them, and apply global standards for the quality of electronic services it provides to faculty members.
