The aim of the research was to uncover the reality of value-oriented education for female students of the faculty of education in Arab universities from the point of view of faculty members from an Islamic educational perspective. To achieve this goal, the descriptive method was used. A questionnaire was used as a research tool to identify the opinions of faculty members in colleges of education in Arab universities. The questionnaire was administered to faculty members of the colleges of education at Princess Noura University in Riyadh, Ain Shams University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Mohammed V University in Morocco, where the number of the sample population reached (69) students to reveal the extent of the values of honesty, shouldering of responsibility, and kindness among the female students in these colleges. The results of the research showed high rates of approval of the faculty members on the statements related to the value of honesty ranging from 70% to 87%, confirming that this value characterize the female students in Arab universities. As to the value of shouldering responsibilities, the agreement ranged from 53% to 80%, which means that this value characterize Arab university students at reasonable level. Finally, six statements belonging to the value of kindness scored 75% indicating that most of the respondents accepted to a large extent these statements, while most members moderately accepted the remaining statements, the rates were less than 75% to even 50%. Among the most important recommendations of the research is that the faculty members in the field of pedagogy should work on the content of the courses they are studying, including the values that stem from an Islamic perspective in the development of these values among students. Another recommendation is related to the anticipation of the future status of values in the context of vision 2030 and the aspiration of KSA from the point of view of educators and decision makers.
