هدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف أثر برنامج مقترح قائم على الأنشطة التفاعلية لتنمية المهارات الناعمة ومهارات الذكاء الناجح لدى الموهوبين من أطفال الروضة. وتكونت عينة البحث (27) طفلا وطفلة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد؛ قائمة بالمهارات الناعمة، وقائمة بمهارات الذكاء الناجح، وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الناعمة، واختبار مهارات الذكاء الناجح، وبرنامج مقترح قائم على الأنشطة التفاعلية. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث من خلال مقارنة أداء أطفال مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأداتي القياس أن هناك فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيقين لصالح الأداء البعدي في الأداتين، وهذا يدل على الأثر الإيجابي للبرنامج المقترح على تنمية المهارات الناعمة ومهارات الذكاء الناجح لدى الموهوبين من أطفال الروضة, وقد ثبت ذلك من خلال حساب حجم الأثر باستخدام مربع إيتا Eta squared (²η) الذى جاء مساويا (0,96) في بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات الناعمة، وجاء مساويا (0,94) في اختبار مهارات الذكاء الناجح. وفى ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان منها: ضرورة الاكتشاف المبكر للأطفال الموهوبين، والعمل على صقل مواهبهم ورعايتها، وضرورة تضمين مناهج رياض الأطفال بالأنشطة التفاعلية، وخلق بيئة تعلم تعزز تعلم الأطفال الموهوبين وتساعدهم على الاندماج. The aim of the present research is to identify the impact of a proposed program based on interactive activities to develop soft skills and successful intelligence skills among gifted kindergarten children. The research sample consisted of (27) boys and girls. To achieve the research objective, the researcher prepared a list of soft skills, a list of successful intelligence skills, a soft skills observation card, a successful intelligence test, and a proposed program based on interactive activities. The results of the research by comparing the performance of the children of the research group in the pre- and post-application of the measurement tools showed that there are statistically significant differences between the two applications in favor of the post-performance in the two tools. This was proven by calculating the size of the effect using the Eta squared, which was equal to (0.96) in the Soft Skills Note Card, and equaled (0.94) in the successful IQ test. In light of these findings, the research recommended a set of recommendations, including: the need to pay attention to the discovery of gifted children, and work to refine their talents and care, and the need to include kindergarten curricula for interactive activities, and create a learning environment that promotes the learning of gifted children.
