يتناول البحث الحالي موضوع معلمة الروضة المعدة إعدادا جيدا فهي العامل الأول في نجاح العملية التعليمية، وهي أساس تعلم وتعليم طفل اليوم ورجل الغد في عصر السموات والقنوات المفتوحة والعصر الرقمي والحروب الإلكترونية التي تعتمد على الأسلحة الذهنية (القوة الذكية) وليست الأسلحة التقليدية المستخدمة في حروب الأجيال الثلاثة السابقة، ولأن الطفل هو أساس المجتمع اهتمت فلسفات كثيرة بتقديم وجهات نظر وآراء عديدة حول تربية الطفل، ودور المعلمة المهم لتكوين وإعداد الطفل منذ سنواته الأولي ليكون لديه القدرة على التوافق مع مجتمعه وأوضاعه، ولديه القدرة على صناعة المستقبل، ويكون مستعدا في نفس الوقت للتفاعل مع ما يستجد من متغيرات وتحديات تواجه العالم؛ ولهذا قدم البحث رؤية مستقبلية لتواكب وتساعد على تحقيق رؤية مصر (2030) في تطوير مناهج التعليم وجودته التي اعتمدت على أبعاد التعلم الأربعة (تعلم لتكون – تعلم لتعرف – تعلم لتعمل- تعلم لتتعايش مع الآخر) والمهارات الحياتية، والاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة، والعمل على التوازن بين إحياء التراث وتحديث المناهج والبرامج، وتقديم أنشطة متنوعة ومتعددة تغرس وتنمي ثقافة الانتماء والمواطنة والثقة بالنفس وتقبل الآخر، ونشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، وربط التعليم بسوق العمل على المستوي الاقليمي والدولي، وذلك بهدف الارتقاء بشخصية الطفل وإعداده للحياة.
