يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فاعلية أنشطة برنامج تدريبي باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة التفاعلية، في تنمية بعض المهارات الفنية للطالبة معلمة الروضة وتنمية اتجاهها نحوالتعلم الإلكتروني، وذلك للتغلب على مشكلة عدم وجود مكان مخصص للورش العملية، وقلة الوقت المخصص للتدريب على المهارات الفنية، واستغلال شغف الطالبات بالتفاعل عبر شبكات الويب، وتتكون عينة البحث من 30 طالبة شعبة رياض أطفال بكلية التربية، مجموعة تجريبية واحدة، وتم إعداد وتطبيق برنامج المهارات الفنية المقترح باستخدام الوسائط المتعددة التفاعلية على الطالبات عينة البحث، وتطبيق اختبار المهارات الفنية الأدائي للطالبة معلمة الروضة (قبلي/ بعدي)، وتطبيق مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم الإلكتروني على الطالبات عينة البحث (قبلي/ بعدي)، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام اختبار t. Test، فتبين تحسن أداء الطالبات عينة البحث على اختبار المهارات الفنية، وكذلك تحسن أدائهن على مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعلم الإلكتروني، وذلك في التطبيق البعدى. (الملخص المنشور)

The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of the activities of a training program using interactive multimedia, in developing some art skills of the kindergarten teacher student and her attitude towards e- learning, in order to overcome the problem of lack of space for practical workshops, and the exploitation of students' passion for interacting via web networks. The sample of the research consists of 30 female kindergarten teacher students in the Faculty of Education, one experimental group. The use of the interactive media on the students of the research sample, the application of the art skills test for the kindergarten teacher student (pre/ post), and the application of the measure of the attitude towards e- learning on the students of the research sample (pre/ post). The data were analyzed using t- test., and the results showed that, the performance of the students in the research sample improved on the art skills test, as well as their performance on the measure of the attitude towards e- learning, in the post application.
