هدف البحث إلي إعداد برنامج تدريبي وقياس مدي فاعليته لإكتساب الطالبة المعلمة الجوانب المعرفية والأدائية لتصميم وإنتاج متحف إفتراضي لطفل الروضة. واستخدام البحث كلاً من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبة معلمة من طالبات الفرقة الثانية بقسم تربية الطفل بكلية البنات. واستخدم البحث الأدوات الآتية: 1) إختبار تحصيل معرفي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية. 2) قائمة مراحل إنتاج متحف إفتراضي لطفل الروضة. 3) بطاقة تقييم تصميم وإنتاج متحف إفتراضي لطفل الروضة. 4) البرنامج التدريبي. وأشارت النتائج إلي: 1) دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات (عينة البحث) بين القياس القبلي والبعدي علي إختبار التحصيل المعرفي لصالح القياس البعدي، وإرتفاع حجم تأثير البرنامج التدريبي وفعاليته في إكتساب الجوانب المعرفية المرتبطة بتصميم وإنتاج متحف إفتراضي لطفل الروضة. 2) دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات الطالبات المعلمات (عينة البحث) بين القياس البعدي ومستوي التمكن (70%) لبطاقة تقييم تصميم وإنتاج المتحف الإفتراضي لطفل الروضة لصالح القياس البعدي. 3) وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي القياس البعدي للطالبات المعلمات (عينة البحث) لكل من الإختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة تقييم تصميم وإنتاج المتحف الإفتراضي لطفل الروضة. The current research aims to prepare a training program and measure its effectiveness on acquisition of the teacher student the cognitive and performance aspects to design and production virtual museum for kindergarten child. The research used the descriptive analytical approach and the semi-experimental approach. The research sample consisted of (30) teacher student of the second division of the child education department - Women College. Furthermore the research used the following tools: 1) The achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects. 2) List of production stage of the virtual museum for the kindergarten child. 3) Card evaluation of design and production of virtual museum for kindergarten child. 4) The training program. The results indicated to: 1) The significance of difference between the average of the teacher student (research sample) degrees between pre and post measurement on achievement test in favor of the post measurement, and the high impact of the training program and the effective acquisition of the cognitive aspects about design and production virtual museum for kindergarten child. 2) The significance of differences between the average of the teacher student degrees (research sample) between the post measurement and the level of mastery (70%) to the card evaluation of design and production of virtual museum for kindergarten child in favor of the post measurement. 3) There are relation statistiquement significative between the two averages of the student teacher (research sample) post measurement for both the achievement test and the card evaluation of design and production of virtual museum for kindergarten child.
