أصبح مصطلح "السلامة" في السنوات الأخيرة أحد أهم المصطلحات في جميع مجالات حياة الإنسان المعاصر بشكل عام وفي التعليم خاصة، حيث تعد المعيار الرئيسي لنجاح العملية التعليمية، استناداً لضرورة تطوير بيئة تعليمية إنسانية، موجهة نحو المتعلم وآمنة ومريحة للأطفال. لذا هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى رصد آراء معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو بعض المعايير المصاغة وفق مدخل أورجونومي لتنظيم بيئة تعلم الأنشطة الفنية لتحقيق بعض عوامل الأمن النفسي والجسدي لطفل الروضة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي؛ الذي تم توظيفه من خلال؛ عرض إطار نظري تناول ثلاثة متغيرات رئيسة شملت طبيعة الإرجونوميكس، والأمن النفسي، والأنشطة الفنية. كما تم بناء استبانة تألفت من (82) وحدة معيارية مقسمة إلى أربعة محاور هى: معايير مكان ممارسة الأنشطة الفنية (9) مفردات، ومعايير التعامل مع المواد والخامات والأدوات (19) مفردة، ومعايير مهام المعلمة لتحقيق الأمن النفسي للأطفال (17) مفردة، ومعايير مهام المعلمة لتحقيق الأمن الجسدي للأطفال (37) مفردة مقسمة إلى (9) أنشطة. تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة بلغ قوامها (100) معلمة برياض الأطفال بمحافظة المنيا بهدف تحديد درجة أهمية كل مفردة وكذلك إمكانية تنفيذها، وقد تم تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) الإصدار (19)، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى درجة أهمية وإمكانية تحقيق عالية لجميع محاور الاستبانة وعباراتها. ثم اختتمت الدراسة بتقديم بعض التوصيات وبعض الدراسات المقترحة. In recent years, safety has become one of the most important terms in all areas of contemporary human life in general and in education in particular, as it is the main criterion for the success of the educational process, based on the need to develop a humane learning environment, directed towards the learner, safe and comfortable for children. Therefore, the current study aimed to identify the views of kindergarten teachers towards some of the criteria formulated according to an ergonomic approach to organize the environment of art activities to achieve some psychological and physical security factors for the kindergarten child. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was used through; a theoretical framework was presented dealing with three main variables that included the nature of ergonomics, psychological security, and art activities. A questionnaire was constructed of (82) standard units divided into four dimensions: the standards for the place of practicing technical activities (9 items), the criteria for dealing with materials, materials and tools (19 items), and the criteria for the tasks of the teacher to achieve psychological security for children (17 items), and the standards of teacher tasks to achieve the physical security of children (37 items) divided into (9) activities. The questionnaire was administrated to a sample of (100) kindergarten teachers in Minya Governorate in order to determine the degree of importance of each item as well as the possibility of implementation, then the data collected have been analyzed using the statistical package program (SPSS) version (19), and the findings indicated that the importance/ applicability of each dimension was highly appreciated.
