هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال قائم على استخدام البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لاكتساب طفل الروضة مهارات ثقافة الحوار والتي ينقسم إلى (مجموعة من المحاضرات، وورش عمل تدريبية) التي ساعدت المعلمات عينة الدراسة على توظيف البرمجة اللغوية بشكل فعال لإكساب طفل الروضة مهارات ثقافة الحوار حيث الاتصال الفعال بين الطفل والبيئة المحيطة به، وما يترتب عليه من إنصات وتقبل واحترام للأطراف المتحاورة والثقة بالنفس والتعبير عن النفس بحرية والقدرة على إبداء الرأي. وغيرهم من المهارات مما يثقفهم حواريا ويجعلهم أكثر تحضر ورقيا سعيا لبناء مستقبل أفضل. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو مجموعة الواحدة في التطبيق العملي للبرنامج، وذلك باستخدام القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار البرمجة اللغوية، وبطاقة الملاحظة (أدوات الدراسة)، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال وتحفيزهم على استخدام البرمجة اللغوية العصبية لاكتساب طفل الروضة مهارات ثقافة الحوار. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إفادة معلمات رياض الأطفال من نتائج الدراسات البحثية وتدريبهن باستمرار على كيفية توظيف الاستراتيجيات الحديثة في التعلم، وتنظيم دورات تدريبية للمعلمات حول المهارات والمفاهيم المختلفة والتي تسهم في تطوير ونهضة المجتمع. لذلك نأمل أن تسهم نتائج الدراسة الحالية في تنمية ثقافة الحوار في الفرد منذ الصغر من خلال مهارات الحوار، والعمل على ممارستها كسلوك طبيعي للمعلمة في أنشطة الروضة المختلفة وفي الحياة اليومية ليقتدي بها أطفالها وتصبح الثقافة الحوارية سمة رئيسية في كل شخصية حتى تعم على أفراد المجتمع كله، لذا توصي الدراسة الحالية بالاهتمام بثقافة الحوار وتغطيها في دراسات بحثية مستقبلية تغطي جوانب أخرى لم تشملها الدراسة الحالية. The aim of this study is to build a training program for kindergarten teachers based on the use of NLP to acquire kindergarten children. The skills of culture of dialogue, which is divided into (a series of lectures and workshops), which helped the study sample teachers to effectively use language programming to give kindergarten children the skills of culture Dialogue where effective communication between the child and the surrounding environment, and the consequent listening and acceptance and respect for the parties to dialogue and self-confidence and self-expression freely and the ability to create the knees and other skills, which educates them dialogue and makes them more civilized Paper In order to build a better future. The study was based on the semi-experimental, one-group approach in the practical application of the program, using the tribal and remote criteria for testing the language programming and the observation card. The study results were the effectiveness of the training program for the teachers of the kindergartens and motivated them to use NLP to acquire a child Kindergarten culture dialogue skills. The study recommended that kindergarten teachers should benefit from the results of research studies and train them constantly on how to employ modem strategies in learning, and organize training courses for teachers on different skills and concepts that contribute to the development and renaissance of society. Therefore, we hope that the results of the present study will contribute to the development of the culture of dialogue in the individual from childhood through dialogue skills, and to exercise it as a natural behavior of the teacher in the activities of kindergarten and in daily life to follow her children and become a dialogue culture is a major feature in every personality Therefore, the present study recommends focusing on the culture of dialogue and covering it in future research studies covering other aspects not covered by the present study.
